I called to have this guy fix my refrigerator charged me 89 dollars and told me all was included and I could order the part needed mystlf , so ordered the part then had trouble again getting a hold of him to put the part in . After finally finding him to put the part in , he then charges me an additional 32 dollars after telling me there was going to be no additional charge to put the part in . I will not call him again to fix any of my appliances

Jeff repaired my Kenmore Washing machine (2000 model) quickly and well. He also repairs dryers, stoves, and ovens. He had a 90-day warranty. I highly recommend his service!

Return phone calls can take a week, poor communication in regards to plans for repair, and whether or not a job was successfully done. No cost estimates or quotes of standard charges until I called multiple times. He did fix my fridge which I appreciate, but dishwasher was a whole other problem. I wouldn't want this guy in my house again.

They took over a week to return phone calls, requiring multiple calls on my part. No estimates were given prior to services and I was led to believe a problem was fixed when it was not. So I came home and used a broken appliance which created a big mess. When I asked for a reduced rate because I was not made aware of what to expect regarding charges, he refused to discuss it. My fridge WAS fixed and I appreciate it, but other appliance was not.
