It's shameful to sit at the checkout and try to confirm your I.D. for 15 minutes. It's has almost gotten to the point for me to stop using my military discount or start going to Home Depot.

Came to Lowe's in Valdosta for 4x4x8 and the selection available was poor, so we asked 2 employees from that area for assistance in getting the overstock bundle down. After waiting for one of the employees to stop flirting with a female he took his time preparing the aisle. Then the employees decided to help another customer with the forklift, one on the machine and one standing around. We waited over a half hour for something that took 5 minutes to do.
I know Lowe's has and expects better customer service than this from their associates!
