I go to their Tuesday gardening and sometimes make it for the group exercise and can say they are very accepting and nice( for the most part). They give out coupons for completing hourly tasks and they sometimes have meetings with provided food and drinks. Their overall repetition is good and therefore they can receive the full star even if there are any slip ups.

Darcy and Living Bridges is doing wonderful work. I usually volunteer for the senior lunch program on Fridays. This is a great service!So many people are served by Living Bridges. I usually volunteer for the Friday senior lunch program.When Hurricane Idalia struck, Living Bridges stepped up. Always in service to the Lord and people.

24-hr pantry on the lawn always empty. Being disabled, I called before walking in, because it was going to be painful for me to get up those stairs. Their outgoing message said food until 2pm Wed. When I got inside a woman threw a tiny bag of food (couple of single serving fruit cups inside) at me saying i could not get bags of food there, lied to me that she stocks the outdoor pantry every day. Another guy told me it was community to fill pantry and not them. They got mad at me for telling them I was there, because their phone message (even though they had at least 4 employees with no clients nobody could answer the phone) stated they had food until 2pm. They told me I could not have any unless I wanted to sign up to work for it. I told them I could hardly stand, I couldn't be worked to death for a can of soup. I never cursed at them though they are pointless thieves. Then they lie here too. Nice. They refuse to give food. They use it as some sort of powerplay over the poor and hungry.Worse than a joke. They’re disorganized, lying, nasty, monsters.

This is a GREAT non-profit in Valdosta. They not only provide you access to resources they also TEACH you how to better manage your resources. They do this through classes, volunteer opportunities and sometimes just by having conversations with the other members or volunteers. I have learned so much this way. Due to childcare problems (COVID related) I am unable to go nearly as regularly as I hoped. It’s one of the few places I’ve ever been in my life that I don’t feel judged by anyone. I really look up to Darcy more than she knows. I learned so much by just watching her work. It’s like she’s given her entire life into serving others. I strive to be that centered and full of grace.

Where do I start?? This place is amazing... you are met every week by happy smiling faces, actually if you go more than 1 week in a row they know you by name and welcome you like your this place allows long lost friends. the food they give out is fresh and make sense..meaning its one complete meal..how great is that?? also they offer a extra food program.. if you choose to participate in this.. the amount of extra food you receive is unbelievable! this food allows me to pay my bills and STILL eat well every week. thank you thank you thank you.. to all the volunteers that make this happen. Me and my family love you all.
