Appalling service. My daughter's 2019 Hyundai SUV died around midnight in a rainstorm on a roadtrip that took her through Valdosta. After a harrowing ordeal, she left her car in the care of this dealership to fix the "knock censor" - a known issue with this make and model which is 100% the fault of Hyundai.
She was at my home in Florida for nearly a week, calling the service department daily. They refused to even LOOK at her car, telling her she was #18 in line. She did finally receive some kindness from one of the women who worked the front desk in the service department.
But when the car was finally returned to her nearly three weeks later, the tire was virtually flat and there was a service light blinking on the dash.
Nor did they bother to put the vehicle through the car wash, which I certainly expected. Especially since Hyundai is well aware that this issue shuts down the vehicle in the middle of the road..and her case, the middle of the night in a rainstorm.
They showed zero concern for her or her car, and returned the vehicle in appalling condition. Unacceptable.

Terrible communication, took my vehicle there for a new transmission, had to call for updates myself, manager gave me her personal number for updates, I don’t know why cause since she never responded to calls or texts, come to find out 3 weeks later the part had no ETA for delivery…. thank god I had another vehicle . I would avoid them at all costs outside of warranty issues.

The easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Found myself in need of a vehicle sooner than expected, and came in to look at a used 2013 Santa Fe they had listed online. Jordan was very respectful of my reluctantness to give too much information up front after being screwed by other dealerships by doing so, and Gave just enough push toward other vehicles without ignoring what i was there for. The sales manager Bobby (I believe) was also really cool, straight forward, and respectful, which is something new for me in the car buying field.
Overall the experience with Langdale Hyundai was stress-free and left me happy with my purchase and not feeling confused or unsure about it like so many dealerships do these days. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Absolute and utter disaster. Stay far away from these guys. They try to come across as honest and forthcoming, but that could not be farther from the truth. I purchased a used vehicle for my daughter and prior to doing so asked specifically whether it was thoroughly checked out by their mechanics, because if not, I would have a mechanic do so prior to purchasing it. I was assured that the entire vehicle, including the engine was thoroughly inspected. Six months later I have had to replace the entire cooling system (thermostat, radiator, radiator hoses, fan, etc.) because the vehicle was clogged with "Stop Leak," that either the dealership used or the seller used, but was never checked by the dealership. They refuse to do anything about it and have done nothing but lie about the salesman and that if it happened sooner they would have taken care of it.
In addition, they never offered an extended warranty and told us the vehicle was too old and to simply sign that we were told that was the case. Now the dealership says that by singing that paper it constitutes a waiver of the extended warranty. Just more lies and fabrication.
Do yourself a favor and do not give these guys your business. I am sure there are more ethical and professional dealerships out there.

Jordon Smith at Langdale Hyundai made the process of buying my new vehicle as painless as possible. After dealing with numerous other dealerships with their games and sleezeyness, Jordon was a breath of fresh air. He communicated with me with the utmost professionalism, was quick to find solutions for my needs, and offered several warranty options for my purchase. Usually the finance department is the worst part of purchasing a vehicle but Jordon made the process seamless. 5/5 would recommend Langdale Hyundai

My salesman was excellent and went above and beyond. I came into town on a Sunday to pick up my autos, and he, as promised, met myself and my husband and took us to lunch to sign papers. The dealership was closed, and he wasn't obligated, so I think they are pretty special.

My 2016 Sonata PHEV battery indicated it required service. I took it in and they quickly determined a bad cell was at fault. Since I really rely on the many safety features, I fully expected a long long wait to get a replacement battery under warranty. I was shocked to get a call in less than a week, they had a replacement battery from California, Installed and waiting for me to pick it up my car. The Langdale staff .lead by Stephen, in Service, was a MIRACLE worker to get me back on the road in the Car I love !

Called to set up an appointment to have a part fixed on my car. My VIN number was run and they told me the part was on a service bulletin and would be a free repair. Drove 2 hours to the location just to be told when I got there that the warranty had run out of time when I should have been told when I set up the appointment. Wasted 4 hours of driving just got my part to not be replaced and now they want over 500$ to replace it. Hyundai has proved to be a waste of time and I will never own another.
