“We had our son’s fourth birthday party here this weekend and I can’t recommend this place more for a party! All the kids had a wonderful time running around, playing with the bounce house and the foam pit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A lot of the parents who came made comments to me that it was a great place for a party and awesome for the kids. And the price is extremely reasonable. Definitely would have a party here again!”

“Just joined today and love the variety of machines in the gym. I love the owner and his excitement of me deciding to join the gym. He basically does everything from what I saw. He is very nice and told me I could ask him questions if needed. The people I talked to in there gave me a good welcome and one of them even showed me around. The sauna is perfect, only 1-2 people at a time but I got hot fast for only 10-11 minutes. Not a busy gym really much of the day.”

“Very clean facility I notice while working out that the employees are diligently cleaning I like that. When you walk in the even smells clean. Not like the YMCA that smells like an old wet mop.08/22/25 update still clean and smells nice”

“I honestly was not having the best day today. I just wanted to hurry up and get my work out done and go home. When I walked in Logan immediately greeted me and made me feel on top of the world. She went above and beyond to start a conversation with me, up lift me, and encouraged me to have a great work out. She is an outstanding employee that truly puts the customers first and is dedicated to making us feel welcome. She has single handedly changed the way I view the gym. Can’t wait to come back tomorrow!”
