I live in Malibu/LA, California and I used to go here with my bff who has dark curly hair when i was in highschool. It was trendy to thrift and restyle but the selection is messy. The older worker lady, not sure about her name but older was funny and nice. Both of them were! We did find some goods for summer styling for Europe and we met this lady with a dog a few months prior who was nice.

Came here not too long ago for the resume workshop. Guy at the front desk is always cool but this time there was a lady assisting me in the class. I think they have good intentions but the delivery can deter someone from seeking help. She was making it seem as if it wasn’t ok to make mistakes. Don’t patronize me I have the same experience/skills you have please don’t insult my intelligence. And then after the class she’s rushing because they have to go to lunch blowing her breath that’s fine but I would’ve been ok with instructions on a paper or something I’m simple I can make the most out of what I have. it was completely unnecessary, I think the delivery could be better but other than that it was cool

Please stop pricing your books with stickers that rip the covers when you take them off. I have visited many Goodwill stores including Goodwill bookstores and they use different stickers that will not do this. I like to keep books and I don't want a price sticker there forever.

They have some decently priced items but a lot of things are way too much including open bottles of lotion with the original tag for $12.50 and the store tag for $12.99. Besides that the young women that work there are extremely rude. Especially the girl with the cherry blossom tattoo. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t plan on being decent to customers, especially if they’re being nice.

I've lived in a number of places and I always check out the Goodwill. Im new in town so of course I wanted to check it out. This one is really disorganized.Our cashier was great. I'm glad I didn't get the other one next to her. That one had an attitude with her customer. Mine was awesome!

Today there was a lost child at the front of the store by the registers crying and the employees up there didn't do the first thing about it. They didn't talk this child, didn't use the intercom system (said they didn't know how). When asked if they had tried to find the girls family, they just stared at my mom in law and another customer who ended up having to talk to this girl and find out she was with her grandmother and then had to yell through the store to find her because the employees didn't do anything at all. The way it was handled by the store employees today was pretty gross from what I saw.
