In a good location. Great drop off in front of the donation center, and staff is there to assist. Staff is nice. They will take everything you bring with no questions asked.

Had a very bad experience in the Goodwill in Valdosta Ga. earlier today 2 managers were in the isle taking one was on break ,I found out later after I ask them both to help me with a item on the floor ,they both stated they wasn't going to help one were on break and other was just walking around. I was very disappointed because I visit that place at least 2 times a week for over 10 years. I spent a lot of money and given plenty donations to help them out. I purchased 3 chairs after I left but didn't take them with me having driven a car it wasn't going to fit so I told the employee who sold the chairs I would be back at them. I return only to find out they sold the chairs the employee did not put a sold sign on it after 15 years I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. They do not greet everyone entering and the service was very bad

I paid for two dresses on sat I asked the young lady could I pick them up on monday she said yes. monday my boyfriend goes to pick them up they sold them to someone. I spoke with the manager he tells me we can't hold them like that you have to get them the same day I explain the lady didn't tell me that. It's not like they wasn't paid for they will ever get my business again. It was the one on St Augustine Rd.
