NICE PEOPLE THEY CAME AND CHANGED MY WINDSHIELD. BUT MY CAMERA HAS TO BE REPROGRAM. TRIED TO CALL NO ANSWER. SO IM RIDING BACK AND FORTH TO WORK WITH MY CAR THROWING ALL THESE CODES. MY PRE COLLISON IS NOT WORKING .IF THEY DIDNT KNOW HOW TO REPROGRAM IT THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME.I WOULD HAVE TOOK IT SOME WHERE ELSE. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE SO I HAVE GOT TO TAKE IT SOME WHERE TO REPROGRAM IT.

They have great customer service I will give them that.. But after replacing both my windows on the doors they broke a latch on one door and did not put the door panels on correctly either door.. They were more worried about being quick with the service then doing the job properly..

I highly recommend GlassDoctor! I had my windshield replaced by them and they dealt with the insurance company (which took away so much stress), showed up exactly when they said they would, and were finished in less than an hour. Wow...what a great experience from start to finish! Not only did Glass Doctor cut a major competitor's price almost in half, the associates on the phone that helped me with the quote and then scheduling my appointment were very friendly and professional. Today was my scheduled appointment and everything went off without a hitch. Justin Cambre, the lead technician, called when he was on the way, showed up, introduced himself and got to work. He was so quick but yet so precise, it was obvious he had done this quite a few times. And although he had a good distance to travel after he left here, he took time to have a genuine conversation and was glad to educate me on some questions and misconceptions I had about the industry. I got my windows replaced in December, my windows starting cracking and has spread. I reach out to Glass Doctor because I have a one year warranty to replace the windshield. They ignored my phone calls 2 weeks and emails. As soon as I called from a different number they answered. They set up a appointment to replace it and never showed. I am highly upset, I will not be taking anymore of my business vehicles there ! They only want new business, if you have a warranty on your purchase they will try everything not to replace it.
