I am never going back there again. I bought a $100 gift card from those guys and when I try to go back home and put it in it said it doesn’t work and they said they can’t do a voucher replacement. I am never going back there again, they just lost a customer ?? If I would, I’ll give it a half one star

Employees don't even try to assist. Console bought from them and paid for extra warranty coverage. Call and ask a question and they start explaining how they can't help and to take to Mr fix it without even checking to see if u have warranty or if you bought new, used or otherwise. Same inept service big boxes are known for

Game stop is the biggest rip off and they lie. 200. Price tag on a 12 year old Xbox is obserd , then forced to buy a 25. Dollar membership just to do business with your company. Then to hold face lie about the Xbox live membership to try and sell something more expensive I will never come back .

This local store is the worst in existence and should be shut down. Does not open for anything. Used to they were open from 10 to 8 or 9 then COVID hit and they decided to open around 11 to 8 or 9 like it was going to help. Now they are apparently open from 12 to 8 and that is if they even open at that time. Many times attempting to come here and they were not open when the sign said they were supposed to be open. Wish a better option existed for people who pre order games. This location is worthless.

It is the second week of September and these SOB's still have not gotten the shipment of Armored Core 6. Why is it that they are so disorganized makes no sense. I encourage anyone to not shop at this gamestop ever again. Thats all I have to say.

The parking lot by was full, the store is easy to locate and there's easy access to it. It was clean and organized. My son was there to purchase a Playstation 5 bundle. The staff was very helpful, kind, and courteous. The store had everything he needed. The store is stock with everything a gamer needs and a lot of other items i.e. action figures, games, etc.
