The store is clean. I love the fountain drinks, even though they are the most expensive in town. But with a name like Friendly's, you anticipate good service. You won't get that here. There's a man that works the food counter that is extremely rude. A lot of times I will drive out of my way to go to another location because of him. He shouldn't work with people, since he seems to hate them.

Ladies at the counter are super nice, older gentleman who makes food hate his life and takes it out on others. love this place but he makes it hard to want to come in and shop at the store. If you go to him to put in a order he wont even look at you and his greeting is "what you want". Amazed he has made it as long as he has. 2 stars only because of the ladies.

Ok if you use pump to pay, often only one person on checkout which can delay getting gas when in a hurry.

Credit card machines at the pumps never seem to work. Everytime I try I have to go somewhere else & hear other people fussing about them as well.

There's an older black guy who works here and he is EXTREMELY rude and aggressive especially towards younger black males. I've been there multiple times and with other younger black guys, it's always the same with this employee! He shouldn't be in a position where speaking to customers Respectfully is a requirement. Go up there and order food, it will be easy to figure out who I'm talking about, he'll size you up and display how much of an alpha he is smh.

Horrible always came here with great customer service but today I couldn't even check out my items from the register without the employees getting mad at me for putting in my card and making me wait 5min saying it was my problem!
