Other than the fact that they answered the phone, that's the only thing they got going for them. Quoted me $275 just to change brake pads on my rear Ford explore. I usually change myself but because of the storm I'm swamped with clean up and needed a hand. Besides trying to over charge me, they tried to tell me that I would also have to have new rotary put on without even looking at them! Women, beware! They gave my wife an even higher price of over 400 dollars.

Had issues with my AC that hadn’t been previously resolved at another location. These guys did everything they could to resolve my issue, gave me preventative instructions, told me to not hesitate to call/come back if there are any issues, and got me on my way. Friendly and helpful staff. Car died on I-75. Towed there. Wrong serpentine belt ordered made for a delay, but mechanic Ryan figured it out, got the right belt and got me back on the road. Happened late Saturday afternoon (naturally) so was forced to spend the night in Valdosta, but they are open Sundays, and got it done.

got there at 10 am for an oil change on my gfs car, car wasn’t touched/ moved for 2 hours, wasn’t done for 3.5, made my gf late to work, one of the employees yelled at my gf and made her cry. these guys are a joke.Service: Oil change

Went to the shop for front end alignment. Had already put new tires on. I have 95 Ford ranger I was told everything was all good except the camber bushes. I was told they were worn-out. Hmm funny they are solid steel. They don't wear out. But Firestone wanted 300.00 to replace them and do another front end alignment. Strange. I went valdosta alignment a d they found nothing wrong.

They took care of the issue, which I appreciate. The fact that it existed wasn't their fault but the result of a new battery installed at a sister location less than 1 week ago with a dead cell. I just don't understand why checking the battery charge isn't a part of the company's common practice. Again, I'm not faulting this location.

My passenger tire was bouncing when I drove. I came by firestone and they recommended all new tires ($600) and everything was "tight". Turns out the CV axel was going out. I only figured this out when it actually broke and I can no longer drive my car. This company only wants to upsell you on things you do not need. No resolution to issues. Their main plan is to just sell you BS.

I ordered tires online and they were to install them. My appointment was made for 8:30am, I called and they changed it to 1pm for when I arrived in Valdosta. I'm from south florida. They pulled my car in on time and I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes. They were very busy but kept me updated. My experience was wonderful.Service: Tires
