The lady behind the counter was extremely rude. I mentioned that the old shipping label for a return item was still there. She didn't want to hear anything. She slammed the receipt on the counter and said have a nice day very sarcastically. I told her I accidentally printed the shipping label twice and she was looking for another package I told her wasn't there. She should not be working customer service. This is the second time we've had a problem with her.

Package said delivered. NOT DELIVERED! Cannot find a real person to speak with. Found package a day later behind the house at a sliding glass door never used and in the rain. There us a reason for a front door!

As a business that ships- only thru FedEx- it would be nice to know actual shut-down time for lunch for your Service Center at 109 Hemlock St Valdosta GA.

Absolutely horrible experience here, when coming here to pick up a live animal shipment these people would not release the shipment because of some idiotic policy. Instead of being professional and giving clear instruction on how to resolve this issue, the buffoon working the counter was completely removed, uncaring, and a total j**** Rude beyond belief. Gave me an 800 number to call with very similar attitudes towards fixing the problem. Lots of "I don't know, I can't help". The issue got corrected thankfully and the animal was safely collected and is healthy, but it is in no way shape or fashion due to their help or professional consideration. I will no longer use this location as a pick up and I suggest to everyone else they not either. A further drive is a better deal than any dealing with this establishment, and as far as the employees actions are concerned they should be ashamed and retrained on professionalism and customer service or removed entirely for the betterment of this ship center.

I live a hour away and had to make a plans to come here. Arrived here and sign says at lunch. 3 o’clock is way past lunch time. And not only that there is a long line of cars already lined up. Does this place even work?
