Would leave negative stars if it was possible. Made a reservation for a 12ft truck in April to be picked up in July. When we arrived the day of our pickup we were informed that they "don't carry 12ft trucks" at this location. We were then told that there were two 16ft trucks on the lot that couldn't be rented because one was broken and the other "Budget won't let them rent out". We were offered a 26ft truck which we declined because that was overkill for our 2 bedroom apartment. A few days after we were charged a $75 "No Show" fee, even though we showed up and tried to pick up the truck. My advise would be to one never rent from Budget, and two never rent from this place. Drive the mile down the road and have Penske help you out because these people don't care about you.

We made a reservation for a 12’ truck. When we showed up we were told that not only did they not have it, they never have those available. They only offered a 26’ moving truck which was entirely too large and we said we could not use it. After we were told they had nothing for us, we left. We were then charged a $75 no show fee!

I've called 3 times- no answer. My husband left his prescription glasses in the truck when we returned it & of course due to the holiday everyone was closed - so I attached a note to the keyring to call me ASAP. Tried to call 2x this morning- no answer- no way to leave a message.... BUT OF COURSE they had no issues charging my card AGAIN...... I'll be sending a bill for $250.00 to replace the glasses to Budget and the dealer since no one has returned my calls.

I went in last minute to rent a truck to move. I was told it would be $29.99 for the day and .99 per mile, it was a local move. I used 58.2 miles. When you go in they put a $150 hold on your car which is fine totally and understandable. I was told to initial in three places one of which was that I would use my own insurance. I had the truck back within the day (9 hours) so of course I was charged for a full day as I should have been. When I returned the truck it was clean and had proper gas. My card was charged for $120, so I called the office on Monday got no answer, Wednesday I finally got in touch with someone, was told they would give me a call back, 2:00 came still no call so I called them back. I was charged for "other fees" and extra insurance that I didn't sign up for. I tried to explain to the owners wife that I didn't sign up for insurance, I used my own. She then started to yell at me telling me her husband wasn't a liar and hung up. Im thinking to myself, I never said he was a liar, there is just a misunderstanding. I don't Normally leave reviews but I wouldn't want any of my friends to have to deal with this. I typically use Uhaul but unfortunately they were out of trucks. They typically cost a little more but atleast you know how much you are going to be charged from the beginning.
