Dear Best Buy/Geek Squad:Next time you say it will only be a 'couple of days' to run a diagnostic & then fix the problem, don't then avoid my phone calls and have me have to call you repeatedly to ask when my computer will be ready for pick-up. A couple of days turned into SIX days and every time I was the one to have to call you to ask about the status of my computer.Will be using someone/anyone else next time there's any issue with my computer.

The Valdosta GA store probably just lost me as a customer as well as an at least a $700 sale. I walked into the store at approximately 12:55 and walked around the printers and Desktop computers for just shy of 30 minutes. I was looking hard at a $699 gaming system boy no one even approached me to see if I had any questions. One sales person asked a young couple if they needed any help and they were less than I'm guessing 25' from me. They did not want help so he moved on. I walked around the store after that looking for a graphics pad and didn't even see a sales associate so I left. I'm sitting in my car in front of the store typing this. Guess I'll look on Amazon for a comparable system.Good job Best Buy... NOTPete

I went to Best Buy today on the way to Florida for vacation because my phone just absolutely stopped working. Aaron helped me get a new phone and set it up for me. He was absolutely fantastic and had great customer service. So thankful for him helping me and being patient while my daughter was cranky and tired. Wish I could give him 6 stars.

Prices increasing and customer service decreasing. Monthly auditing and training are needed for associates on intrapersonal and interpersonal skills.
