Went in to buy a television for my new apartment but I left 45 minutes later without one. I had to walk back up front and ask the greeter for assistance. He summoned someone to help me but the guy was busy with someone else. Basically they need to hire more people or come up with better management. I will find me a TV on Amazon today at least I won't be waiting around a store looking stupid.

My visit was at the front desk only. I explained that I was looking for a re-print of a receipt. The two employees I interacted with were accommodating and attentive, and patient as I looked for my customer ID afterwards in a last attempt. I would suggest anyone looking for good service to shop at this Best Buy. ?

What happened to actually being able to call your local store and talk to them. All you can do now is call and talk to a representative that’s probably not even in the same state as you.

Went in the store with a phone accessory issue and spoke to an associate who said they would gladly get someone to assist me in the mobile phone dept. 30 minutes I approached that same associate and they totally acted as if they never spoke to me, but they would get someone. Called the store number in an attempt to reach someone who could help with this issue and now all calls to the local store number go to a call center and not the store. It's sad that this has become an ongoing issue with Best Buy at several locations and not just this one. There is never an associate around who can help in the department I need help in and I have to stand around and beg for someone to help me spend my money in this establishment. I've pretty well had it with Best Buy all together because of the poor customer service and poor management that allows the poor customer service. As you can see in the attached video, there is nobody in sight other than the cashier I've already spoken to.
