Upon arrival at the store , immediately I was asked if I needed assistance & I was directed to product I was searching for,the application process was so simple and quick..glad to join the Lake Park Badcock family and definitely enjoying my purchase... looking to purchase more items.

Big shout out to Badcock of Valdosta for all of their help yesterday.... Walked in "looking" for a new dining room table... Not only did we Walk out with a new Table and chairs, but we also walked out with a few extras... On top of getting same day delivery... The delivery team was amazing... Couldn't have asked for a better experience all the way around...

A huge shoutout to Badcock of Valdosta, Angel, and DeKarla. We needed to do a warranty claim on our 2 year old mattress. It was sagging very badly. When we bought our mattress, we bought a king mattress, a platform frame, and had the option to choose a free TV due to a promotion. After having our mattress examined for our warranty, we were told we would have a credit of what appeared to be about “half” the mattress amount. Corporate didn’t want to honor our full mattress price due to the “free” TV. There response was our mattress cost was “reduced” as a promo and the TV was not “free”. DeKarla spoke with numerous people at the corporate office and couldn’t get anywhere. The next day, we spoke and even though corporate wouldn’t make it right the store manager and staff did! Thank you so much! Because of that, we purchased a different, more expensive mattress and hope to use them in the future.

Just wanted to tell everyone what a wonderful experience it is to deal with Badcock of valdosta. I've purchased many times with them and have never been disappointed with the selection, the staff and prices. Everyone in the store are very helpful. I usually deal with Jason. He is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I purchased a chaise dreamer on Wednesday and received it this morning. It's beautiful and comfy! Today I met two of the sweetest people Moe and Terrance. They delivered my chair and couldn't have been more efficient and fast. They were done in about 10 minutes. Best movers ever!ThanksDiane H

I had a great experience with Badcock. The store staff were all friendly and helpful. They let my wife and I walk around the store without harassing us like other furniture stores tend to do. The delivery team - Richard & Dooley - were phenomenal. They were very professional and had the furniture setup in a timely manner. They also picked up their trash prior to leaving which I appreciated. I'll definitely purchase from this Badcock in the future. It was a pleasure doing business here.
