The staff was friendly and welcoming. I just think the personal banker is new and/or inexperienced. We spent 2 days and 4 hours at this branch to get no where in opening an account. Thank goodness we were able to open the account at another branch or Wells Fargo would have lost a customer to a competitor.

The staff welcomes you, so you feel at home ONLY to follow up with several punitive ideas. You must receive mixed bills if you don't bank they plus the extra charges. And they tell you you want it or not- not very pleasant experience at all. May NEVER GO THIS BRANCH AGAIN

So Wells Fargo Union City decides to remodel inside and only have 2 teller stations and an ATM inside where 3rd teller should be. I felt like I was in Dollar General with slow moving lines. With welcomes like Quik Trip.
