I came here three times during normal business hours. And this sign was up. The Times online are not correct so I made sure to ask them about the hours of operation. And they STILL aren't there. There is one girl there tall usually wears braids and glasses. Kind of tall. EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful doesn't know what she is doing at all. Everyone else is pretty nice whenever they decide to show up.

Probably the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. On multiple occasions I’ve had prescriptions called in from doctors or called the phone number to put in a refill only for them to not be filled. I arrive and they always say it’s not filled and they’ll have to fill it. I shouldn’t have to show up to a pharmacy to have them fill it when they are called in. Staff is typically nice so that’s why they get a 2.

I had an appointment scheduled for today at 11:15am . I drive 4 hours from my moms house to get my vaccine booster and flu shot. I had the confirmation number from the email that was sent but the customer service personnel at the Pharmacy was so rude about . She asked me to see the email from the scheduled appointment I explained to her that I only had that number. I called the Store Manager he wasn't any help and he was as rude as the lady at the pharmacy. I asked for the district managers number Gene said to me he doesn't have the district manager number. My first time ever shopping at Walgreen . I will never never step foot in another Walgreen's.

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. My medication was ready and when I went to pick it up, the woman claimed it wasn't there. It wasn't until I exclaimed numerous times that I received a text for pickup is when she all of sudden found my medication. Although the pharmacist informed my doctor that my second medication will be ready for pick up, when I arrived, it was out of stock and will not be available until MONDAY! THEY LIED! I called the pharmacy a few days ago inquiring about my medication and they said they will be able to have it by Friday. When I mentioned that conversation I had with them, the woman said, "I don't know who told you that." What an ignorant statement to make. They never have my medications in stock. The area is majority black, so I am more than suspicious that race is the leading factor for medications to always be out of stock. The lines are ALWAYS ridiculously long! Most likely because customers are fussing about their medications not being ready. I already go to a different pharmacy for one of my medications because the Walgreens in Union City stopped carrying it. More than likely this pharmacy is probably stealing customer's medications. Apparently, I need to go to a pharmacy where most of the white people are to receive proper care. If anyone gives this pharmacy a great review, they're lying or just came on one of VERY FEW good days. I will be switching pharmacies tomorrow!

I placed 2 online orders with this location to pickup. One was placed around 9:30 pm the other was half hour later. I arrived at the location right around 10ish. Because it stated the order should take about 30 mins. On the app it gives you pickup hours until 12 am. Since I heard nothing by 11 pm I called the location and the rep started the pickup had already been shut down well before the scheduled time off 12. This was very inconvenient because I was already not feeling well and wanted to have the order delivered, but I understood it was too late to deliver. So our forced myself out need to not be about to pick my order. Had someone at least sent a message or given me a call I would have been a little more understanding. It seems this is the way of Georgia's customer Service. Just wanted to pass this on I'm sure nothing will be done as result of this.

The ladies in the pharmacy are always very helpful and nice. The staff has changed over the years and so has the pharmacist yet the still are really helpful and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately, I stopped by the Union City, GA Walgreens in route to a restaurant in a nearby shopping center. I attempted to use coupons for BOGO body washes that were on sale for BOGO. The cashier who was sitting went into theatrics upon seeing my coupons. She made a call and stated, "like I said, you can't use these.
