The staff member at the desk displayed a poor attitude and provided inaccurate information. Her demeanor was unprofessional, and it seems she may not be suited for her current role if she does not enjoy her job.

The post office workers are really incompetent, I've lived at the same address for over 20 years and all of a sudden you guys can't find my address?! Like what?! I'm not understanding this.

My friend tried to pick up a package that never got properly delivered due to a minor address issue , but it was more complicated than it has to be. I'm a good few states away can't just teleport there buddy. Also my friend said folks was rude anyway, not surprised.

YOU ALL ARE FAILURES!!!!!! THEY NEED TO SHUT UNION CITY POST OFFICE DOWN!!!!! You can't even do simple tasks! I should have learned a long time ago to stop messing with this Hood spot in Union City but you would think when people pay for a certain service it would be delivered on time. I sent a very time sensitive package from Union City to New Orleans and guess what it still standing around in atlanta! Where you do that at? You all need to be closed the entire post office I understand what they're saying defund the post office! This is the lesson I've truly learned I will never use you all again and I would never encourage anybody else to do so either

Let’s just fire and rehire the entire post office for anyone that works in the front dealing with customers. Service and attitudes are awful. Don’t you dare ask them a question or walk into the door not knowing you can’t just walk in with no signage anywhere!

I truly received excellent service on the 5/11/24 and I was able to watch the customer service rep service several customers with kindness and patience.

Instead of forwarding my mail they keep returning it to sender. Make that make sense..they need to fire some of these ppl that don’t care about their jobs. Just quit

The customer service at this postal office is absolutely terrible. As soon as I walked in, I noticed that there were three ladies working, but only two of them were actually helping customers at the cashier's desk. The older lady eventually came over to assist me in finding an envelope. However, when we stepped outside, she spotted a man who was originally ahead of me in line. The younger lady at the cashier had just finished helping him, and they were engrossed in a conversation about taxes and a scam that the man and his son had fallen victim to. I politely asked the older lady for her assistance, explaining that there were people waiting behind me. To my surprise, she burst into laughter and told me that she was currently on her 15-minute break, suggesting that I wait. It's absolutely baffling that she chose to take a break in the middle of helping someone and with the line getting longer. I decided to take my documents out of the envelope, left it there, and made the decision to go to another postal office for my business.

This is the worst post office ever! These folks are rude and will have you and your mail all over the place! I paid for PO Box 32/7/2024 wasn’t able to get til March 14- liters refusing to give my key. I asked in February 2024 to hold my mail they continued to send back! Everyone needs to be fired! I’m definitely filing complaint/lawsuit! This place needs to be investigated

Don't know what happened today: a usps person who does the route in Union City 30291 drop ALL my packages in my driveway, the first time ever not by the door. More than 10 packages ?. This is insane. I had to take pictures ? so I could go to the office tomorrow. So disrespectful.

I will never use USPS to send important things ever again. They have an "itll get there when it gets there" attitude and lack empathy because "things are out of their control". If you want peace, go somewhere else.

I swear i understand why this location has 1star you guys close whenever you want this mail not some burger or toy this is important to everyone and there is nothing ever going to be done about it because this is a us post office and it sid to say that we represent our community in this and i hope that something will be done about this one day
