“I went to another location first, let's call'em W.M. and after waiting 45 minutes, they refused to service my vehicle. So sitting in the vehicle, I got on the PepBoys site and scheduled an appointment. Not only did PepBoys do the needed service, it was cheaper than the mart in the wal. I must note that service was completed as 'good-enuff' it was not done the way the vehicle manufacturer recommends. I suspect that people who are not at all mechanically adapt might get cheated. Other reviews should be reviewed. Overall, simple task, it was completed quick.”

“I called Mavis in Union City today and asked for Donnie and my surprise. I was told that he was no longer at this location. I have been coming to this store back when it was NTB and stayed loyal for one reason only and that was because Donnie was here and he always took care of my vehicles as well as my family vehicles. When i tell you that trust and loyalty go a long way. Donnie is pleasant with a positive attitude. I have seen people get disrespectful with him and he still maintained his composure. Mavis I am not sure what happened but I can say this, if Donnie is no longer there, then never is one of your long-term customers. Donnie was the only person that I trusted to touch my vehicle. BIG MISTAKE!!!”
