On a Saturday it’s usually busy, even though it was Bre and Von were able to help me and assist me with my printing needs. I had never used their printing services and they were very patient when helping me get my task completed.

Today I had to have notary and email services at store #7183. As I am not a computer person and visually impaired James was super courteous to everyone and made the process super easy! Also The team was moving efficiently to get the Monday rush out expeditiously!

My husband went into this store today. He was shipping out employee appreciation gifts for his company. There were 12 individual shipments.He had the labels ready to print. He walked in and the first attendant looked at him crazy when he brought the box of gifts.The other person printed off the same label multiple times. And they tried to charge him for it.They charged him for tape and then let him use their tape for the boxes.The manager helped build each of the twelve boxes but that’s it. No one assisted in helping with taping up the boxes or putting the labels on the box.UPS store advertisement says you can walk in they take all the work off the customer by handling the shipments.Welllll that was not the situation. My husband might as well had put on a shirt and clocked in. Every employee just stood there staring at him while trying to put these shipments together. Great job UPS Store!
