The gentlemen were helpful, funny and seemed like they have common respect towards each other. Honestly I was apprehensive about going but they made my experience a great one. Even though my radiator fluid refill spilled on them, they were professional about it. Amazing ? I'll will be returning. You all keep up the great work ??

My experience was horrible. The technician insisted that I get the most expensive oil change. When I told him I didn’t want it then he lifted up the garage door and told me he didn’t feel safe doing the oil change because he wouldn’t recommend that oil he told me I should get the high miles synthetic when I told him I did not want it numerous times and I literally had to beg him to do the oil change when I told him that I didn’t want to spend that much on oil change, I believe it’s my choice and I appreciate the recommendation for what oil that I want that he thought was good for me but It’s my choice is my vehicle so trying to upsell me and trying to make me get something that I did not want at all. It’s very unprofessional and I believe the gentleman needs more training. .

I came there before and service was great. The changed oil, checked washer fluid, Tue pressure all sorts of things. This time they only changed oil. Didn't check anything. I Asked about checking other things they said we are out of washer fluid and didn't look at anything else. I was disappointed because of the service I had before was apt better

The technician was very friendly and helpful letting me know it was time for windshield wiper blades.He also top off my fluids and put air in my tires.

On Jan 5, 2024 I was given the energy that he did not want to do the oil change from the moment I pulled up. I was referred to Take5 by a friend who has the same truck and told me the price he paid. Your tech stated first that he would tell me the price due to how many gallons my truck would take and that I could decide if I wanted to pay that or not (giving the impression that it would be unreasonable) Who does that? After learning it was my FIRST time there, he utilized that as a way to over quote me $198. I told him that was more than the dealership. And him and another tech laughed. I left and and had one of my drivers to take it dealership. I will tell you this... this was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I knew exactly what it was, he saw a Woman and thought I didn't know any better. I called a different Location and they quoted me the same as my friend $130. Please train your techs that women are not stupid and I am well aware of how much oil my truck takes. I have trucking company and brought 1 truck for an quick oil change before I switched my fleet pm maintenance. Now you have lost a great customer due poor training and poor work ethics. Your employees are costing you money! I will say my friend gets serviced at a different Location and did refer them but I made a very poor decision in selecting Union City, Ga.

The technicians from the first greeting, waiving me in, to the end of my service were all great; delivering excellent customer service! I was impressed and comfortable w/their positive energy! Wow! What a great productive team at your Union City, Ga location!

To whom it may concern, I went today to get my oil change at 3:30 PM we was in the line awaiting our turn. Manager walk up and ask how can he help us? My reply is we are here to get and oil change. He Ask us to move over to the other lane, my reply to him is there are reason why you are asking us to move to another lane. He reply was first come first serve. I had no problem with that. The problem that I had was how he responded to me then he began to get very aggressive being disrespectful cursing using profanity telling me that he was not going to service my car and continue to be very disrespectful, I was very disappointing that as a long time customer I was treated like my business didn’t mean nothing to him because he could make the decisions, and his attitude towards customers was very disappointing. I could continue on but I will be contacting BBB as well.

I told the young man I had a $7 off coupon before they started on my car. When done, had to pay and asked if the $7 off was included. He said no he didn’t know and I told him that I stated that to the young man that took care of me when I first pulled up. Lack of communication resulting in bad service. He stated he’ll take it off the next time, it will not be a next time for my oil change was $92 and could have gotten cheaper especially visiting the store on Black Friday.

Normally when I go first thing in the morning (when they open), the workers are usually not there and arrive late. However, I arrived a little after 9am in a Sunday and they were there! Great service but I’m taking away 1 star because Take 5 is way too high and this time my service took 30+ minutes because they were trying to work on two cars at once! I’m not used to having to wait that long! But the gentleman who serviced me was extremely nice and knowledgeable! Please consider an educators discount!

The manager on duty was very professional and would not allow me to leave until my error messages were cleared out. I appreciated his patience and ability to provide superior customer service. Most mechanics hesitate to work on a Range Rover. He did with confidence.

Very convenient this morning. They successfully changed my oil, air filter and windshield wipers. They informed me of everything that needed to be done after their inspection and asked for my approval before proceeding. They were all professional. Price was reasonable compared to the dealerships
