I've been at a take 5 before but this one by far the worst experience I've had. First they kept moving everyone in front of us and when we spoke on it they had an attitude when they finally got to us after 4 cars that came in behind us they put whatever oil they wanted to put in the car and charged me 100 dollars for something I didn't asked for when normally they ask what package we want to go with so I will not recommend this location to anyone and they need to get better employees because the ones they got are not it

The techs entered the wrong mileage so I will have to return to the shop in Union City GA to have it corrected

I was less then pleased leaving, within a minute of leaving I turned back around. My durango was running hot and the check engine light came on, things I've never seen or experienced before with my vehicle.Terrell the site manager was rude and assured me his men did nothing wrong. He could not provide a cooperate number (I googled it no help). Now I have almost $3500 in damages with 0 explanation! Now I just have a 2015 Dodge Durango sitting.

Went for an oil change and top off left with a 2000 dollar bill !!!!! Oil and transmission fluid came right back out due to cap and plate respectively not being put back on properly worst customer service ever! Management tried to blame it on the car and stuck me with the bill ! I will never recommend or visit another take 5 or affiliated companies ever again in my life !

Young was obviously inexperienced. Had me turn on my car with not a drop of oil in it, had to be reminded to fill. Then also, did not properly attach undercarriage. Paid $100 and I also found out oil filter was not changed. Discovered during undercarriage repair.Other than that they were courteous.

Been coming here for oil changes since I moved to the area and never had any problems because I would only get an oil change and that’s all. Last visit got a recommended coolant flush; ok cool it’s only $80. Since then, had to put coolant in every other day and now leaking oil. Go back up about it and first thing manager does is address their liability and warranty policy instead of even knowing this issue then, basically telling me it should go somewhere else to an actual shop. That’s exactly what I’ll be doing along with my other 3 vehicles that I brought for oil changes. Wanna keep valued customers start by keeping knowledgeable technicians versus each time I’m there it’s a different crew

Please run from this locate no accountability and they will mess your car up with something as little as an oil change and lie about it.This is sad
