Car was towed here after accident. When my tow truck diver came to pick up the vehicle they claim to be closing early and won’t open until Monday. So now more days charged for being there. Hours of operation say 24 hrs. I would not recommend this place!!!!

This place is the worst! The worst customer service when it comes down to trying to get information on your car! I tried to get my car towed from them yesterday and couldn’t and I was told that my car would be towed THIS MORNING and never received a call! I had to call them myself to get some sort of update on the status of my car and was told that they had a lot of police calls coming in that took precedence over the other cars which I understand to an extent. I tried to be understanding and give them some more time, but I didn’t get a call back until around 3 this afternoon stating that they wouldn’t be able to tow my car today! Now mind you, my bodywork mechanic has been waiting on my car since yesterday and I’m trying to work with them after I’ve already paid all my money to them for what I owed YESTERDAY. The young lady whom I had been speaking with (who has been very nice, which is another reason I had been trying not to get frustrated ) up to this point where her whole demeanor seemed to change because they’ve been giving me the runaround since yesterday. I told her my mechanic works until midnight and because they are 24 hours, could the car still be delivered today? She told me she needed to talk to the mechanic herself to verify and asked for his number, which I gave to her. After him letting me know they never reached out, I called back and asked to speak to the manager where I was told the manager wouldn’t be back in until sometime next week and there was nobody else I could talk to above them. The lady I spoke to most recently, Angela, which she said that was her name but who knows, said that one of their tows went out this morning which is not what I was told and that I wouldn’t be getting my car towed today or in the morning. It would be later some time tomorrow! (As she proceeded to speak over me and be disgustingly rude) I am so frustrated! What kind of service is this?! My money has BEEN paid and here I am getting the runaround to get my car towed to the shop almost two days later. Not to mention, I can’t even speak to a manager. SMH! DO NOT UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES!!! YOU WILL GET THE RUNAROUND AND THEN THEY WILL GET RUDE WITH YOU AS IF YOU DONT HAVE A REASON TO BE FRUSTRATED!!!

I've never heard of a towing company so good they could deliver a car of without you hearing it. Had to get a truck moved I called them, they gave me a quote, beat the estimated time of arrival, and delivered the vehicle without waking my mom awesome job for a fair price.

My car broke down and I couldn’t make it to work. I called to have my car towed to a dealership to run a diagnostic but the customer service was wild. Not sure who I spoke with but she seemed irritable and condescending. She cut me off several times while I was trying to explain what happened to my car. She acted like I was inconveniencing her by calling for a tow when she literally works for a tow company….?She quoted me about $150 to drive 2.7 miles for 10 minutes… not sure what kind of math was done there. Needless to say, the price wasn’t my favorite but based on other reviews it looks like they try to scam customers into paying more for the drivers’ incompetence.

Andrew was very helpful and professional, he called me to let me know he was outside to get the car. I would recommend this towing company to family and friends.
