I purchased my Camaro (cashed) at this location earlier this year and I made an appointment for a regular maintenance service at this same location. I arrived today around 4:30 and there were no drop off envelopes available for the customers so I went inside and ALL the Associates/clerks that works in the garage area acted as though I was invisible. So I go inside to see if I could get some assistance on the inside and the radio was so LOUD playing R&B music as though they were preparing club event. And of course not a Representative insight. I definitely will not be making another purchase at this location. Cash or nor cash purchase.

Had a great car buying experience here. I started my search on TrueCar and had one of their salesmen reach out to me over email. He gave me an up front out-the-door price and helped me secure exactly the financing I was looking for. A lot of dealerships make it a pain to even find the price of their vehicles, so it was refreshing to get that information up front no with nonsense. I worked out most things over text and email, so when I came in, I was able to sign a bunch of papers and get out in around an hour. When it came to the pricing, everything was exactly as we agreed beforehand. It did not have any dealer markups or hidden fees on my vehicle. Everyone was friendly and they help me get my car set up before I left. Thank you to Chris and Cody for the no-nonsense car buying experience.

Had a good experience with the general service. They were quick and friendly. Keep in mind I didn't need anything major, just got oil change and tire rotation. They did a complementary inspection and it was overall an easy experience. Zander was super helpful.

I've been a loyal Toyota Customer at this location since 1995 when I purchased the first of four new vehicles. I've seen the name of the dealership change about four times with each owner. Since I've always purchased a new--not used vehicle, it was customary, as I'd been taught by my grandfather and uncles, to take it to the dealer to be repaired and for maintenance, instead of a mechanic. This is because the mechanics specialize and receive on-going training on their cars. Also, based on previous experiences, I am happy to state that my cars have always been serviced or repaired to my satisfaction-- without a return trip for the same issue(s). In other words, Toyota stands by its work, and it is guaranteed. In all of the times that I've had my car serviced here, I met the most courteous, honest, and professional Service Advisor, and it would be remiss of me if I did not share the vital role that he played in my car being serviced. Yunervice "Vic" Smith has been the person of whom I ask for each time that I come to Nalley Toyota of Union City (Georgia). A couple of years ago, when a service appointment was made, he was assigned to assist me. I was so impressed from the time of intake, how knowledgeable and friendly he was and the care shown with my car's service needs. He notified me of what needed to be done, and constantly kept me updated on the progress being made. On another occasion, I had come prepared to wait, as I'd always previously done, for my vehicle to be serviced. He informed me of the approximate time that it would take, and offered me a ride home via Uber. While I was home, he called at different intervals to inform me of the status and the progression being made. He also prioritized the service(s) that needed to be taken care of immediately, and told me when I needed to return to have other work that could wait, done. Vic's professionalism, honesty, integrity, and courtesy are characteristics above reproach and have brought about the utmost trust, on my behalf. He has always taken into account my best interest where my car is concerned.

Had to select a star in order to post this but not even worthy of one star!!! This dealer ship is awful!!!! I have never felt so uncomfortable or discriminated against............EVER!!!!! E mailed about wanting to see a used vehicle. After several rounds of communication via email (with Christian who never came out to meet us) we stated that we would be arriving sometime after noon. Upon arrival we were greeted at the door by a salesman (who was VERY SWEET and just trying to do his job!!!) He asked us what vehicle we were interested in and if we had spoken to anyone. We told him the vehicle and that we had emailed with Christian. He then walked into a nearby office. (We assumed he was getting Christian) only to come back out again. He came back over to us and said that the car was still being processed. We then asked how much longer will that take. Employee states let me go ask my manager. Goes back to used sales car manager in office and asks. Used sales car manager comes out of office, takes one look at us, and as he is walking past us he turns to walk down the hallway then stops and says to the employee loud enough for us to hear "tell them 2 weeks." We then inquire why. Used car sales manager walks over to us and states that it needs a new tail light and that it would take 2 weeks. He then stated that we could be first to come back and look at the vehicle when it was ready if we wanted to and then walked away. So basically we drove from AN HOUR away to see a vehicle your dealership has listed for sale and after communicating with Christian (whom we never met) to see said vehicle we are then told 2 weeks! FIRST Why was this not communicated to us when we first inquired about this vehicle? SECOND why would you (the used sales car manager) tell your employee to tell us (potential customers) that the email was computer generated and not an actual person we were communicating with when we stated how far we drove to see this specific vehicle????? Was it because you didn't like our "appearance" Mr. Used cars sales manager? Sounds like your supposed computer generated responses isn't the only one who could use an update in manners!!!!

Took my car in December the belt was making a sound was told it needs to be replace which I did a few months later the same sound came back I took it back was told they did not know what the sound was left the car over night the next morning when I did not have a status I went to pick it up was told the technical was on lunch & the advisor was off. I took my car to another dealer who told me the belt did not look like it had been change maybe it was sprayed but not changed I work out of town a lot but my next source of contact will be someone higher up. I have been going to Nalley for years but the last 2 years staff keep changing this was POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Very bad service. Never kept any promises, always changing stories to customers. If you're looking to buy Toyota, don't go there. You have plenty of more places to choose from. Their maintenance and service level is worse than anyone can be, my wire harness to a battery was not connected after I picked up my car. Thank god they didn't kill me and my kids just happened to be inside car at the time in highway..... That's their work level and why would you want to bring your car to such place for?

WARNING: NEVER EVER GO HERE FOR SERVICE!!! We took our vehicle in for servicing. We were told it would cost $3000 to be repaired. That's fine. The next day they sent us a text stating that while the technician was removing the spark plugs a piece broke off and fell into a tube. To remove the piece that the technician broke off would cost us an ADDITIONAL $2300! Or we could just chance it and hope that it comes out of the tailpipe and not go into the engine and destroy that! So either WE pay another $2300 for a mistake THEY made or we take the chance of our engine gets destroyed! WHO DOES THAT?!? What business can cause a problem and then force you to pay for it!?! And when I called up there to speak with the "manager" of the service dept he was so unbelievably rude and uncooperative! He continually spoke over me while I was speaking, he was condescending and combative! I will NEVER use this dealership again! It is worth your time and gas to go further away to another dealership than to deal with these unprofessional, irresponsible, RUDE, disrespectful inepts at this dealership!

Would recommend them if no one else can get you financed because of past issues. They did everything they could to get my deal done. Stuck in there when others wouldn’t. Definitely speak with Dennis or Ethan. Thanks guys.

Huge disappointment. I tried to purchase a used truck from here. They told me it was available, I drove two hours to go sign paperwork and they made a deal on the truck before I got to the dealership. The internet sales girl wouldn't even speak to me when I got there. Another young guy tried selling me a ten year old Chevy for ten thousand more than the Tacoma I came to purchase. This dealership is the reason that I stopped shopping at factory dealerships. Worst experience at a dealer to date.

If you are in a hurry, or would like someone to respond to your phone calls, I would choose a different dealership. Service never answers, so you have to choose the option for sales. This way they will pick up fairly quickly, but don't let them just transfer you to service or you will just fall into the abyss. I was also promised a loaner car at no cost, but they told they did not have any when I showed up. However, they were able to locate one if I was willing to pay $40 a day.

I came here to have a $105,000 service on my Camry. I was told it would take 2 hours but 4 hours later, I hadn't heard anything. After mentioning how I missed my eye doctor appointment due to their poor time estimate, they got my car out in 20 minutes and said they'll cut $50 off. HOWEVER, my car began shaking since taking it back and decided to take my camry to another Toyota service in Roswell. Come to find out Nalley Toyota did not check/do what they were supposed to check including a fuel induction, a fuel injection service, or even check my windshield wipers all of which are included the package that I supposedly got $50 off. They did nothing. Shameful.

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. If you want competence when buying a car (ESPECIALLY as a first time car buyer), don't expect it from Nalley. If you meet a man named Ethan, turn around and walk right out because you are guaranteed to waste more time going over paperwork done incorrectly than looking for problems with the car. You will basically spend six hours alternating between asking him questions he doesn't know the answers to and waiting for him to call his manager to relay that question. I have no idea how he managed to get the job because it's like trying to communicate with a child who's only experience with cars is Hot Wheels. A list of problems: 1) They listed a car as CPO when it was not even inspected yet. 2) Ethan couldn't find the Car Fax, but somehow made it appear when I asked for the maintenance record. 3) Dents on the car not listed on the maintenance record. Clearly this car has hit something, and the previous owner traded it in after only 8 months of ownership. 4) Told me that they wouldn't be happy if I took a week to get my s*** together, but I ended up waiting almost two weeks for them to get their s*** together. 5) Upon requesting the car be delivered between 8am and 12pm, I got a text at 11:30 am requesting more information for paperwork. Ethan no showed. I told them come back at 4. 6) 4:30pm, Ethan rolls up with the WRONG paperwork. At this point, I have also changed my license for titling/insurance. 7) Ethan calls his manager in front of me and proceeds to blame ME for "making him drive all the way down there" and show me paperwork with the wrong insurance company listed?????? 8) Back at the dealership, MORE incorrect paperwork, MORE of my time wasted. Yeah, don't waste your time.
