Worst ever safelite experience. Appointment canceled almost immediately after it was made because glass damaged in transit? Second appointment made without confirming our availability. Third appointment cancelled because I did not text confirm it, even though I responded to their rude voice mail by phone and confirmed it on the same day as the text. This was for an in shop repair at this location. Have always had good experiences when they come to me.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was told that I couldn’t get the star shaped chip repaired because it was close to the other chip by the receptionist, then when I asked for a Tech to come outside and look at it. He said it was bigger than a quarter so he would not be able to do it. Mind you their website says that once it is not wider than the end of a dollar bill it should be able to be repaired. But this place does not even try, they just try to get money out of you. Thank God my insurance allows me to go to any glass company and not have a deductible and I got another company to repair (NOT REPLACE) the same glass that I was told was irreparable.

DO NOT Go Here.
It’s been over a year now and I still haven’t received the replacement part they broke or anything resembling an apology.
My 3 month old truck was returned broken and it took weeks and several trips to get it functional again.
After getting a new windshield to replace the rock chip repair that failed after 3 months I noticed the rain sensor looked like it was coming unglued from the glass I went back inside and the technician said that was normal and once it cures in the sun it'll like fine and he tested it by spraying water on it.
That would end up being a lie.
So I went home and didn't use the wipers until 2 days later when it starting pouring rain and to my surprise the wipers didn't work so I made my way back to Safelite.
They looked at it for a few hours.
When the technician brought it back he said he filled the washer reservoir full of water and checked the harness but couldn't get it to spray or wipe.
I asked him how that was possible since he told me he tested it. (Liar)
He did a reset of the truck menu and messed up several of the trucks settings.
He said it was a Ford issue now and I needed to take it to the dealer and have them look at it.
Per Safelite's request I took it to a Ford dealership to troubleshoot why I had no manual wipers or rain sensing.
Ford said something was wrong with the windshield harness Safelite installed with the new windshield.
I showed this to Safelite and they agreed to order a Ford windshield after vaguely threatening to cancel my warranty since taking it to Ford to have the problem looked into constituted messing with their product.
The product that wasn't installed correctly and wasn't tested.
Safelite ordered the Ford windshield and told me over the phone I would need to pay the difference (it ended up being less and I did not get a refund).
During one of the troubleshooting visits the technician broke my washer fluid reservoir cap ($20 part with shipping) and Safelite said they would replace it but they have not.
When I got home after getting the correct windshield and harness I noticed a broken plastic harness piece on the dash so I inspected the windshield harness panel and found it broke off the self driving camera (I then looked at my rear dash cam video of the entire install and you can watch the tech drop the camera into the center console I'm surprised it works).
I then looked at the new harness and noticed it covered in the winshield glue/sealant from when they put the new glass in.
From the video the tech wiped the sealant down into the harness and plugged it in, once again I'm surprised it works.
Overall it was a horrible experience, a few of the people there were ok to deal with but the overall vibe wasn't let's get this customer what he paid $1,300 for it was how can we get out of doing the right thing.
This took a month to almost resolve and I lost 5 working days dealing with it. Still have not received the replacement cap that was promised almost 2 months ago.

This is the most inconsiderate, unprofessional location I have ever even tried to deal with. They don't honor online appointment and are unapologetic about cancelling your appointments at their convenience.
On a Sunday I made an appointment online for the following Saturday.Adter contacting my insurance company and confirming the appointment, payment, etc., I get confirmation email. I'm driving around all week with a 20 inch crack in my windshield just trying to make it to Saturday. They wait until Friday morning to call and cancel and try to reschedule me for Wednesday (convenient for them). They had no interest in even trying to make it right.
Don't waste your time with them or they will waste even more of it for you.

Terrible experience. This location scratched my car and did not transfer my sticker from previous windshield. Praying that this sloppy work holds up. Manager was completely dismissive. Avoid them if at all possible.

This was my first time using this company and they were quick, reliable, and every step of the way there was communication. Ryan the guy who serviced my car was excellent. I hope I never have to use you guys again but in the event I do I would definitely call Safelite again!!!

Had a 8:00am appointment on a Saturday. Staff didn't open doors until 9:30. Emailed customer service the morning of and still haven't heard anything from them. Wasn't offered discount or anything.
