This was such a wonderful experience. Thanks to both ladies for assisting me. I wanted to give them a hug they were so sweet and welcoming. Haley *I might be wrong but it starts with an H. & the other lady at the desk* yall were amazing!! If I don’t come back and comment that means my car has me well.

Some nice cars. I applied for possibly their cheapest one. Making over $90k a year, they rejected me and wanted at least 50% down. Way to hurt a veteran.

They sold me a car that the transmission was messed up it drove fine doing the test drive but after everything was processed I couldnt make it from Atlanta to Macon and I really don’t recommend no one to shop there

With how upset I am, if I could give this place 0 stars, I honestly would. I am sooooo frustrated and very upset with the way this place likes to run. I went in to buy a car with my husband and the process went great and it was smooth. We took the car off the lot and everything was fine but then we started having a problem. We were told, by Mary, that they would be in charge of fixing the issues for us and they had such a GREATTT mechanic that worked with them. Well that was a lie. We had scheduled a specific time with the mechanic to give him the car to look at, and when we got to his shop, we waited on him for over half an hour. He also shows up in sandals with the rudest attitude. When we get our car back, it worked fine for about three days and the same issue pops back up. I call back looking for Mary to tell her about the issue and apparently she’s not in. So I leave a message with another worker and says she’s going to “talk to her boss” and give me a call back. I waited and my didn’t receive a call, so I called again asking for Mary and she’s not in again. I’m having to do this back and forth with these people working here and apparently Mary is never there to work. The one time I called and she was there, I told her and she says she works everyday so I’m a little confused. after I speak with Mary she apparently needs to talk to her boss about the issues and I have to call back again. So I’m trying to be patient here but I’ve had it with the back and forth. and guess what, I call back and my number is blocked, so I have to use my husbands number to call their location. I call and a man picks up and tells us to call the mechanic. Now the mechanic won’t answer. I honestly don’t recommend buying from here. The mechanics name is Jesus so if you hear them talking about him, I do not recommend, his shop even has a 3.5 rating last time I checked. That just tells you the kind of shop owner he is. And honestly PFA autos should having a lower rating then they do. They just sell cars just to sell them but when it comes to owning up to the issues THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DEAL WITH, they have horrible service.
okay but again, nothing was communicated AT ALL. And if Mary was sick, someone should’ve been responsible in helping me with our issue. I just kept getting told “I have to talk to my boss” and then after that… NOTHING. And like I said in my review. THE MECHANIC WONT ANSWER. this is ridiculous.. I should’ve had this problem fixed AGES AGO. and I shouldn’t have to be the one running after this problem. “You didn’t know this issue wasn’t resolved” … so what happened to all those time the workers were having “talk” about our problem. Again.. unprofessional and ridiculous.. definitely wouldn’t recommend this place… and the owner says he will make sure this problem will get fixed, that’s what you all have been saying but nothing has been done. Honestly I’m over it.. and hopefully everyone here reads this and know what kind of business you all run

It was very easy to purchase an automobile from PFA. I live an hour and half away from the location. I made two calls and both times Iman answered the phone. She was very kind and courteous. When I walked into the dealership the kindness and courtesy continued. I did feel like I was pressured to buy from here. It just felt right. I went and test drove the vehicle. Then I worked we Iman and we got a deal put together. The whole process was smooth from the time I walked in and through the end of the purchase. Iman was nothing but kind and courteous. I recommend coming to PFA and purchasing a vehicle.

Sold me a lemon vehicle. Upon purchasing the vehicle the check engine light was off road it off the lot and later on that day my check engine light came on. Had a certified mechanic to check and they stated the check engine light was turned off and the transmission is bad. Went to PFA to address the issue they are not trying to resolve the issue and they knew the vehicle wasn’t in good condition. FYI!! An honest dealership would notify all the issues so that the customer can be able to say yes or no if they want to spend out full cash 5k+ for a vehicle

I was working on a deal with them. I live 3 hours away, I called to confirm with them I was on my way out and the owner changed the terms of the deal we discussed and increased the amount of my down payment by $2,000. I understand they have risk but when you spend a day and a half discussing the vehicle and terms and they change their mind and increase things by $2k that is ridiculous. I guess you should only go to this place if you want to pay the full $16,000 in cash.
