“Associate Cynthia went above and beyond to get my package at best price and shipped correctly. Nice and not rushing. They move fast for a small place. Times closing may be different than advertised but they stay open longer than Church street. Cynthia filled my document out when I was supposed to have to. She’s Awesome and so is Melanie great team”
“I had a very pleasant experience at this location. Crystal was very patient with me and made sure that I had everything I needed. I had many packages being shipped internationally, and she worked with me as if I was mailing a simple package. She worked quickly and efficiently. Most importantly, she knew what she was doing. Also, she was very nice. 10/10 service.”

“I’ve been to this location for minor things like stamps and shipping and have never experienced a problem. I signed up for a PO Box today and Ms. Gholston (sp) was so sweet. I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by her in the past and she’s always delightful. Overall, the USPS has its issues but it’s not the fault of customer facing staff.”
“This 5 Star review is solely for the customer service i was given by Fayetteville Post Office Supervisor Shanteria White. Our local post carrier has misdelivered our mail on multiple occasions. This happened again this past Friday, 7/26. Shanteria took my call when I called to complain. She told me she would do all that she could to locate my package and get it back to me. She called me back on Saturday to let me know she was working on tracking it down & came to my neighborhood in the pouring rain to look for it. Then, on Tuesday, my missing package showed up in my mailbox. I could not thank Shanteria enough. I have never, NEVER, received customer service to that level. She is an asset to the Post Office & I for one am glad she is at my local office. Thank you again, Shanteria White!!”
“My actual name is Karen.(don't hold it against me)...I want to say Thank You So So Much to this specific post office! I filed a claim for lost mail yesterday March 6th 2024 around 11:00am. I got an email from Church Street saying they were on the case. By 9:00 p.m. The Same Day it was handled and on the way to them. It's on the way to me today, not 24 hours later! I just want to say thank you!”
“I came to this location on 4/19 at 12:30pm. I was serviced by Ms V I’m not sure of her full name I believe it was Vinita , any ways Ms V service was immaculate from start to finish . I watched her greet everyone that was ahead of me in the same pleasant manner. Very welcoming . Just wanted to give her kudos , as she deserves it !”
“Jennifer Holmes, is always Amazing! She always has a great big smile and positive altitude, I come in about three times a month with boxes that weighs about 60 pounds and she has no problem with picking them up and assisting me.”
“Diana Lloyd is the sole reason I will continue to come back to this location. She is always a delight and gives excellent customer service. I know working at the post office is difficult because of the customers who come in demanding this and that, but Diana is never fazed by it and keeps a cool attitude. Please keep her around!”
“This USPS is located off of Cascade Rd on Herring. It's walking distance from the Beautiful. This location is usually busy. Yet, the staff here are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. There are two older women who rotate the front desk. And, only one person working at a time - like most other Post Office locations in this area. Which can lead to long lines and waits. If someone needs to go pull mail that was on hold or grab a lost package, you'll be there for awhile. A large majority of customers here are older, so they're usually buying stamps and need more attention than someone buying postage or dropping off a package. Since Covid, they have signs requesting you wear masks and only 4 people are allowed in at a time. And, there is tape marking the 6 foot spacing. However, the line wraps around the atrium and you sometimes have people waiting outside. If they had two people at the front desk for when the line backs up, it would make more sense. You can hear people working in back and I'm unsure the reasoning but no one comes out to help speed things along. Overall, it's one of my top USPS locations to patronize.”
“Had a 9pm appt time and got out of there by 11pm. Go through the side door by dock 33 and to check in or someone will be outside with a vest checking in people. They have restroom for drivers.”
“Yes long wait times is the new normalm post covid, but when you are greeted and helped by the lovely Ms. OJAY you walk away satisfied. She has assisted me a few times in the past and each time she was pleasant and very professional. You rock Ms.Ojay!”

“Please stop leaving reviews for this local post office. This is not the processing center. There is a difference. There is a Palmetto distribution center. The employees at this local post office have no control over the processing center that is down the street. This is not the address of the processing center so please stop leaving reviews. This is a result of Dejoy consolidating jobs, and there is a new facilitity. Once again this local post office has no control over the processing center.”

“Mrs. Sharon helped me and my fiancé mail our wedding invitations and she was so nice and personable. She is the best postal service rep I have ever worked with. She was patient and kind to us. She also educated us on how to print the labels online. If they had more people like her working the front, it will be the best part of someone’s day!”
