Be prepared to wait 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, even if you have an appointment. I was told the wait would be no more than 2 hours. The staff were friendly but didn’t provide any updates unless asked.

I'm skeptical of taking my vehicle to any shop or dealership. This experience was pretty good. The start wasn't very positive as I waited over 3 hours for a diagnostic and no one communicated the status of my vehicle, I had to ask myself. I ended up having my vehicle serviced here (transmission replacement) and it was a fairly smooth process. I was able to have all my questions answered and the staff I came into contact with was respectful.

Sad problems all the time !Service department has serious issues !Their shade tree mechanics!Missed diagnosis and are down right dirty when they sit your vehicle and don't even cover your seat leather steering wheel or carpeting.Service Manager makes promises to make it right and then finds every way back out of his agreement and will never return your call !I keep giving them chances after chances because of the convenience of them being so close to home .The sad truth is the last 3 vehicles were purchased Carrollton, Georgia. Scott Evans Nissan almost an hour away and they have always been outstanding with sells and service.I did this to myself!Stay far away from them.

I bought a 2014 Chrysler 200 Feb 28, 2023, I was told during purchase the only way the manager would approve the deal is if I got an extended warranty. After 2 days it broke down on the hwy and almost caused me to get into multiple accidents while my kids were in the car! It also had other problems like the alarm would go off randomly, the horn would go off randomly, and the windshield wipers stopped working. I was able to get it started the next day and take it back to this dealer but was turned away 2 days in a row bc they were busy and I was told "well its working now". After asking for a manager I was introduced to Kim Rutledge who told me the car shouldn't have been sold bc it had 3 factory recalls on it, 1 of which was a safety recall. Also it should have had another inspection before selling since November 7th was the last inspection and I purchased it Feb 28. (Over 90 days) She also told me they should've checked me in when I first came so that it could be taken to Chrysler since they don't do the service at Nissan. I was also told while in service they wouldn't cover my rental after 2 days, even though repairs were expected to take 4 weeks, I promptly asked for a refund, which was denied, after which the manager approved 10 days for a rental, after 10 days the car still was in the shop and I asked for a refund again since now I had to pay for a rental after paying for a car that didn't work. The manager Will Washington and Adrienne Bryant decided to extend the rental after I asked for a refund AGAIN. I finally picked my car up April 6 BUT on May 5 it broke down again and won't start. Now they are refusing to do ANYTHinG because it's been more than 30 days and they said I need to go through my extended warranty and have it towed back to Chrysler out of my own pocket.

I recommend you not take your vehicle to Nissan of Union City.I took my Frontier there for a problem that my local mechanic could not diagnose. He suggested a dealership because he suspected a computer problem that only a dealership or other specialist would be able to diagnose.Nissan of Union City took the vehicle, and then sent me a report stating they found an issue with my battery terminals, and that those would need to be replaced before they could do any more diagnosing of the vehicle. Cost to replace - about $650! A quick check with my local mechanic showed he would do it for around $150.So I told Nissan of Union City I wanted my vehicle back, and would pay the $100 "diagnosis fee." They said they would send me a link to make payment, but after multiple phone calls (being placed on hold for 10-15 minutes each time) no one could send me a link. I bet if I asked for a link to pay the $650 it would have come right away!Anyway, finally someone on the other end took my credit card info down over the phone and promised to submit my payment. I dispatched a tow truck at this time to pick up my vehicle, but when he showed up - over an hour later - the payment wasn't processed and they wouldn't release my vehicle.I tried calling to see what happened, but no one would call me back that day, and not until I called back again the next day would anyone talk to me. Finally, I got someone to confirm my payment was confirmed and the truck could be picked up.Finally, during all this drama, I got a call from a manager at the dealership. I thought maybe they were calling to apologize for the confusion, and to help get my vehicle released . . . Nope! He was calling to see if I wanted to sell him my truck! So basically, they knew what was wrong with my vehicle, but just wanted to push me around to see if they could take it from me for less that it was worth.Long story short - incompetent, inconsiderate, shady . . . Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Demonte and EVERY staff member that I actually crossed paths with were ALL AWESOME during my service visit. Nobody tried to upsale me anything or jerk me. They tried to sale me a car while I was there (And buy mine), but I actually found that episode quite amusing and "Business as usual", so I don't consider that an "upsale" attempt, so no fault there. What I will say though is, whether you have an appointment or not, plan on being there for awhile - Ouch!!

Great service. But like many auto shops, they are under staffed and therefore turn around times are lagging. But service is quality.

This place is full of it. They had a $21,999 price for a Mazda Cx5 online but when I got there they changed it to $22,999. I was kool with that but then they added a $1900 recon fee. They told me that that is the amount they paid to prepared the car to be sold. Stay away from that place.

Do not purchase a car from this dealership and do not bring your car for any type of service. The incompetence of the people working here is unacceptable and this is for both sides service and sales. They act as if they work for two different companies and there is absolutely no communication between the two even for a business need. I purchased a 2021Sentra in May, the sales guy Sean said there was nothing wrong with the car it's a year old, since it was a holiday no one was available to do the vehicle inspection. I see why he's top in Sales, he doesn't know what he's selling nor the condition of it. I was told that i would get a call within a week to schedule. By the way the finance guy was rude and arrogant because he wasn't getting anything from the sale I was treated less than. I never received a call, I decided to call mid June, the inspection was done and I then realized that my back doors didn't lock/unlock with the key or the inside switch. Here in October trying to get the locks fixed after being told over 90 days ago I would get call when the parts come in from China. I get here the service guy didn't know what was going on and didn't know my parts were in. After they inspected it again they didn't know how long I would be without my car during repairs nor could they give me a rental because they didn't honor my insurance..instead they tried to sell me a different car. Now, for me this is a safety issue that no one wants to correct without inconveniencing a good customer. I will go to a different dealership for further service because customer service is EXTREMELY important as well as ownership!

Purchased my vehice if February 2022. A few weeks later, I went back for a headlight replacement due to condensation build up. I didn't notice until the next day that my bumper was noticeably detached. I went back and showed the young lady in the service department, as well as, Derek Pegues (the guy who sold me the vehicle) the gapping front bumper. The service rep, who is very friendly and seemingly concerned, brought it to the technicians attention and agreed this was an unacceptable way to return the vehicle back to me. The bumper replacement order was supposedly put in that day and after waiting for about a week or so, I went back and was told the bumper is on back order. I checked back every few weeks or so and was told each time, that the bumper is on back order and had not come in as yet. People, it is now July 27, 2022! It has been nearly six (6) months and I'm still waiting!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! I am now considering taking this matter to Fox 5 News so that the public can know how customers are neglected after purchasing vehicles from Nissan South Union City. And I'm considering bringing a law suit. Do Not Purchase a vehicle, nor repair service from this poorly run dealership.

If I could give 0 stars I would because this place is TERRIBLE!!! I took my Fiancee's car to be serviced for an oil change on Wednesday July 20th. She had an appointment for 1pm that day. In addition to the oil change, I informed the service advisor (Lamarques Williams) that her air had gone out the day before and that if they could look at it I would appreciate it. He informed me that they would take a look at it and it was a $99 fee to take a look at what was going on. I found that odd but agreed. He the. Informed me that I would have to leave the car over night because they would not be able to service it on that Thursday. Again, I found this to be odd but I always try to assume the best so I didn't think much of it. The next day, Thursday July 21st my fiancée called me at about 10 am to inform me that they had found out what was wrong with the car and as I glanced over what they said I realized that something wasn't right. I don't know everything about cars but I know enough to know that what they said didn't make sense. I told my fiancée to wait before she got it approved and I would call my mechanic to see what he would say and if the price was right. I described what was going on to my mechanic (who I have used for years) and he informed me that the price sounded about right but what they were describing to be fixed didn't make sense. I then told my fiancée to just get the oil changed and we would let my mechanic look at the rest. We called twice to inform Lamarques Williams that we didn't want the air fixed, but we instead wanted to just get the oil changed. After waiting about 20 mins both times we called with no response I asked her if she could deny the service online in which she did. By this time is 11am. We waited until my fiancée was off work before we went to pick up her car which was 5pm that afternoon. When we arrived Lamarques Williams informed us that we would have to wait about 10-15 mins so they could put the car back together from the inspection. Once again I found this odd because we declined service at 11am that morning. We waited in the service waiting room for 20 mins when my fiancée decided to speak to a manager. We were informed that they did not have a manager and when Lamarques Williams saw us talking to another service advisor he told the advisor "don't worry about it they won't have to pay for anything". When I asked him what time the car was done being serviced he said "I sent a text at 10 and 11 and there was no response". When I tried to tell him that we declined service and we tried to call he immediately cut me off and said "you don't have to pay for anything have a good day"! The lack of concern for our concern was horrible. Although we did not have to pay for anything, the customer service was deplorable! We will not be back!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
