I arrived at my appointment 25 minutes early had to wait about 2 and 1/2 hours for service never waited that long before just for an oil change the service person Olandiyi who waiting on me. I was at checkout for 30 minutes while he was helping somebody else with whatever was going on instead of checking me out. No need to schedule appointment it doesn't make a difference.

I never received my license plate. You never sent it to me. I emailed the finance director at Union City Toyota, but never got a response. The temp plate has expired. You guys didn’t do your job.

My service tech was Brian and he was wonderful. He was very helpful, professional and very courteous. Hope he is there when I return. I was probably there for an hour for my 10000 mile. He check up which wasn’t bad . ?

I was charged $113.23 for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a 8:am appointment but was checked in at 8:07am. I waited 2-1/2 hours for this service (It was 10:31am when I got in my car). Upon check-in, the Service Advisor (Brian) told me that it would be about an hour wait. I assumed that I would be out by 9:30am at the latest. I was definitely not happy about this. An oil change & tire rotation taking 2-1/2 hours!??? I would have been better off going to Jiffy Lube!
