This dealership is excellent, AJ is one of the best sales person and managers that I have deal with, he is excellent with customer service and is very patient, at finding the right car for you, he is also very honest, and he does not put you into something that you do not need, I definitely recommend this place, they also have a very large selection of cars.

A bad experience, I took my truck for an oil change and tire rotation and they charged me $140. I waited almost two hours and when they delivered it to me, I checked my truck and they had not done the rotation. I recommend that after each service you check that the work was done.

To disappointed with service after affects, I bought car from them, loved the car, but I wrecked it in Feb. of this year. Trying to get in touch with Freddie Thompson about my gap refund but he will never answer his phone or call me back. Bad customer service after you trust them to sell you a car. Give me but I can’t give you.

Bad service and even worse communication. First time I brought my C8 corvette there for the initial oil change and transmission flush that's covered under the warranty I was told by the service person the transmission flush was not covered, even though I knew for a fact it was. Had to get Chevy corporate involved to get it covered. So I drop my vette off today 8/23/24 at 7am my appointment time. I told my service rep Russell I was dropping it off and would pick it up after lunch. He said it "would take a while." So I call at noon to check on the progress of my car. No answer, no call back. I call again at 1, someone answered and told me it was not ready and they would have Russell call me back. I call at 2, Russell was still not available and he still did not call me back, I call back at 3, and would not hang up until I heard an update on my car, another rep told me "it was assumed I was leaving my car over night" finally Russell called me back at 330pm telling me the car won't be ready until 6pm. He explained that "my car had to cool down, and that caused the delay in service time" but I dropped my car at 7am. I Told him the whole ordeal was unacceptable. And that my oil change should be free to compensate me for my inconvenience. He agreed to to give me a free oil change for my troubles, if I bought my car back Monday. He then calls me back 30 minutes later and states his boss said that they could not do that, and had no answers for my car sitting an entire day without being touched. Russell also added that he told me my car would not be ready until tommorow when I dropped it off. Which is a lie. Long store short, I can no longer in good conscious return to this dealership.

I called this dealership all day long attempting to make an appointment to get my truck serviced to no avail as they never answered the phone. I decided to stop by on my way home to make the appointment in person. The African American bald, bearded male was rude and showed little to no effort to assist me. I was more the pleasant and patient as he finished typing on the computer and calling another customer. When I inquired about the cost of the service he responded he didn’t know and I should walk to parts for a quote. He continued on explaining that I could provide a VIN number and get the information I needed. I had never experienced this before so I then asked him if he could simply look in the computer for the prices. It was at that time that he finally asked if I had had my vehicle serviced there before. I’m not sure why that wasn’t the first question he asked but at that point I was very displeased with his lack of assistance and decided to leave. I’m not sure if it’s the change of staff or ownership to ALM but I have never experienced anything like this previously and I purchased my vehicle from here in 2020. Ms. Marilyn was absolutely amazing and I hate she is no longer there. She would have never been so unpleasant and unhelpful. I do hope that this establishment offers some sort of customer service training for this employ or they will surely begin to loose business.

I had an outstanding experience at this Chevy dealership! AJ, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly impressive.
Sharif and Dana, the sales team, were equally amazing. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient throughout the entire process. They helped me find the perfect vehicle without being pushy.

I purchased a truck on 8-3-24 from Nalley Chevrolet. While the buying process went smoothly, there was missing paint on the vehicle that I was promised would be fixed by the dealership. They said they couldn’t do it that day, and to schedule an appointment online. When I tried that, it told me nothing was available. I tried calling the dealership for a week. After about 5 voicemails I finally got an answer, and was told that they would call me back to get it squared away. I didn’t receive a call, so I called again after a few days. When I did, the call was transferred and someone picked up the phone and hung up. The truck has also had radio issues such as CarPlay not working, volume getting stuck, and calls randomly becoming loud. I’d love to get these issues fixed but I don’t think they will.

My Duramax left my family stranded on the side of the interstate over 200 miles from home. We googled the closest dealership near us and had it towed to Nalley. Russell in service was an absolute angel. He got the diagnostic done quickly, found the part we needed and had us back on the road sooner than we could have asked for. We were at their mercy and they treated us right every step of the way, including price. I can’t wait to buy my next truck from them! THANK YOU Russell and Nalley Chevrolet!

Took 4 months to get a tag . They had to redo all my paperwork. Sold me a 2016 chevy trax that has a recall on it . Didnt know until after the purchase save your money & go somewhere professional. They dont care about customers just sales . Informed them on how i felt unsafe in the vehicle.
Submitted complaints to the consumer protection division, & bbb etc .

I went to the location to purchase a vehicle brand new. I had to end up getting an "As Is", which is not at all bad. The car so far runs very well and operable. The car dealer associates had a very warm and fuzzy attitude. The sells person that help me Mr. S. tried hard to get me in a better ride. The courteous receptionist greeted me with respect and concern about the reason I was there so that she could get me to the right dealer. Thank you Nalley Chervolet for such a great experience.
