They wrapped all our large furniture very well and moved several large potted plants with care and ease.We moved a 1 bedroom apartment (2 people) and it took 4.5 hours with 2 men. We moved about 18 mins across town.”

“The representative, David Smith, in Atlanta was not always very responsive to my need for boxes. He does not respond to my texts concerning the adjustment to my final cost. He always had an excuse for not delivering boxes in a timely manner. I had to buy most of my boxes. Now the guy who organized the moving of my furniture did an outstanding job. He and his team of men worked beautifully and extremely efficiently in packing up my heavy furniture. He also came to my new house and orchestrated the delivery of my furniture. All parts were carefully labeled and I am finding putting the furniture back together rather easy since parts were labeled correctly. I don’t recall his name though.”

“I've used PODS for 2 moves. The each time we had to store items for a few months. Each time the items came back in good condition, and the pods themselves were in pretty good shape.On the more recent move the initial delivery of the empty container was delayed, and communication with the company was poor: there was no eta posted (and iirc the status actually showed "delivered" for a while after the expected delivery time) and when I tried to call I was on hold for several hours.Also the delivered empty container had some unsightly graffiti (a giant alien eye) which my neighbors tolerated but did not love.Overall I would definitely use the service again, but there are a few small things the company could improve to make the customer experience better.”

“We called College Hunks yesterday and were able to get a same day appointment. The guys were prompt, polite and very efficient. They viewed the scope of our job and gave us a price. Once the job was completed, they didn’t try to tack on additional charges as some companies have done to us in the past. I would definitely use College Hunks again.”
