Very unprofessional, never answer phone calls, don't respond to voicemails, always close, does not communicate, have to literally go to the office and no one is there 5 days a week, not open on the weekends, and they just don't care to get it right. With them being unprofessional I'm sure the apartments are not well maintained. I would hate to live here as a senior and to not be mobile. No help from the leasing office if needed because they are close and don't answer any calls. I challenge anyone to try calling this place guaranteed NO ONE WILL ANSWER regardless if it is an emergency or just to get information

Maplewood Great Place to Live.Special THANKS to all PERSONALs.Mrs. Cynthia is awesome, so caring you just has to see and feels her present sitting where you're when you're in her PRESENT.AWESOME LADY. ? AWESOME!!Mr. Jay, you're the BOOM.EVERY MORNING, before the office open and the childrens going to school you have the GROUND SPOTLESS.I've been here 10 yrs and since you've been employed, outside feels as if we're at HOME very clean and refreshing. I dropped in looking to rent, although there weren’t any available units, Ms. Taneshia did a wonderful job explaining the process. She seemed well versed and professional as she answered several questions. Very pleasant and patient personality.

The people at Maplewood are great I haven’t had any issues…very polite I’m very satisfied…I’ve been at Maplewood since 2010…great job staff at MapleWood !!!!!!

The best place I've ever lived... I never had problems with maintenance or administration since the first day I arrived at that office. CINTHIA is an angel fallen from heaven. She made me feel comfortable at all times when I had bad times and she was always willing to help. She loved my apartment my space, La Paz that I had incredible. The 100% trustworthy maintenance guys, there were days that I couldn't be present at the property to make repairs and nothing was ever missing in my house. I miss this place so much and would definitely live there again 5 stars in everything… CINTHIA YOU ARE THE BESTI lived here almost 3 years I love it ❤️The best place I've ever lived... When I called Taneshiea was able to answer all of my questions and allowed me to come in and view the property. She wasn’t Very helpful, friendly and attentive, my biggest concern was not having someone there to answer when I called or when I stopped by during business hours, like my previous residence but I haven’t had to worry about that with Taneshiea. Looking forward to being on this property soon!

Great place.. I've been here 3 years and they keep improving.. neighborhood is quiet most of the time. I've never seen any kind of crime since I've been here and the management staff is excellent.. ask for Ms. Latoya she is the best!!

I've been living at Maplewood for 9 years and this community is great very peaceful less crime on the property. A nice place to build a family. The schools are great. I've lived in Union City over 20 years and I wouldn't trade it for anything. We did have a down time right before the Covid due to changing of management. I haven't had any problems with management responding to issues that arrives. Ms. Cynthia is so cool I love her sense of humor. Maintenance really need to step up his game he likes slacking off but overall he's a cool fellow.

1 star and that's for 1 person. Kim ! She do her job and at time seems overwhelmed but still eith respect. However the Manager is rude disrespect and careless. Instead of addressing the bug problem in my apartment after my daughter feel threw the bathroom floor in December 2021 she's been brushing it off and asking her workers to lie to protect her or them. This is a good area and if under new management of the apartment it would be better . It's only 1 person on site that fix things and he NEVER do . The other guy was better .NASTY management and corporate ia no better

They Don’t Answer The Phone The Staff Is Rude They Don’t Fix Nothing Had Black Mole In My Apt They Painted Over It And Kim Don’t Do Her Job And Mess Up All My Lease Paperwork Paint Pilling Off The Walls And Didn’t Fix Nothing Put In Work Orders And Still Haven’t Fixed Anything In My Apt I Think They Need New Staff And Better People In The Office They Really Need To Do Better.
