This Kroger location should be so ashamed of themselves for letting almost ALL of their bags of Russett Potatoes having bugs inside. The bags have a bad odor, and they still have the audacity of selling them. Today I visited this store to get some ingredients to make a stew. I thought the bag I had was the better out of all of them since I didn't see any bugs, but when I got home, I realize I was wrong. I ended up throwing the whole bag away and regretting my decision. Please do something about your produce section. especially the potatoes section. There should be no reason why I have to walk into a store, see bugs inside a potato bag and sift through the ones that are not infested. Thank you.

The customer service here was horrible… dealing with yolanda was a disgrace… especially giving the energy that i of course wanted back in return …. My boyfriend even asked her was that how she normally asks and she replied NO… yolanda’s attitude should not be acceptable nor tolerated… ive called the store numerous of times to speak with an manager but no luck… i was on hold numerous of times just to get hung up on.

This is my main store for shopping for groceries. I've been using pickup more often and I've noticed that anytime I get food that is located in the frozen section it always seems to have holes in them. Not holes as if something's chewing through them but just open. It's odd but also unsanitary. I don't want to buy fries and then wonder how long this back has been slightly open and got freezer burn.

Nice clean store, express check out lanes, and friendly workers and knowledgeable cashiers.

Not well ran at all. I was in the store for a quick lunch and ended up being there for 35 mins. Tried to get a manager to help. They dropped me off with an associate and then ran in the back where the rest of them was hiding.

My son went to this store tonight and the security guard at the front discriminated against and threatened my son. My son barely survived getting hit by a car. He has a rod in his leg and at times has difficulty walking or standing for long periods of time. He went to use the motorized wheelchair and the guy is gonna tell my son he can't use the chair. Even told him if he get in it, he's gonna get somebody to get him up out of it. My wife called the store, no answer. We called corporate and the line keeps getting dropped. So it seems they have a policy of discriminating people if it doesn't look like you have something going on. To top it off my son is Autistic and is very socially awkward. I'm just glad he was able to tell me

I enjoy this location. Ms. Yvonne is my favorite cashier. An item was not placed in my cart. I live 20 minutes away, so no, I don't want to come back over$10. I'm irritated and wish you could refund over the phone when the item was verified to be at the checkout counter. "Customer service," keep your irritated tone to yourself. Why am I suggesting my name be left so I can retrieve my item? This was not my error, lady. The stars are for the customer service department, not the rest of my experience.

Stopped at this location to pick up a few staples for dinner.
The clerk on duty, Angel, stood almost touching me as we scanned our groceries. We were having a hard time getting a bakery item to scan & he immediately grabbed it & offered to do it. He then asked if we had anything else to scan & we confirmed no.
He then said the machine was “broken” & he needed to ring us out at his station. Although it showed no signs of being broken, no problem. After transferring the total he said his station was having “issues” and he needed to rescan ALL of our groceries.
The total came up the same… but we couldn’t help but feel profiled. We frequent Krogers in the Atlanta metro area, but after today will not be back to the Union City location.

This store is just horrible!!
I try my best to avoid EVER using this location because I'm always disappointed when I come.
Last night I decided I only needed a few items so I went to Kroger in Union City and there were NO CARTS AVAILABLE. IT WAS NICE OUTSIDE, YET somehow, no employee retrieved carts for the customers.i tried go just grab my items but
I literally had to put my items down and go to the parking lot and get one myself. Several other customers discovered they had to do the same.
There were cashiers but noone solicited to invite people to check out
I repeatedly thought to myself, "I hate it here. This is why I never come here"
I wish we did better in our communities. It's shameful.

I think you should update your closing times if you’re not gonna let people in before the closing time.

Conveniently located off Jonesboro Rd. in Union City, this Kroger store stands as a constant grocery store of affordability and diversity, embodying the staple of Union City family and community. As I shop through its aisles, I'm greeted by an abundance of plant-based options scattered around the store, a testament to their dedication to healthy and sustainable options.
The store's convenient location mirrors the resilience of the South Fulton landscape, offering reliability and nourishment to consumers from all walks of life. Yet, amidst the array of choices, a cautionary tale unfolds for vegan shoppers, as some prepackaged items labeled "plant-based" may contain hidden animal products like egg or cheese.
Though the late-night grocery hours have vanished into the past, the store's early morning opening serves as a reminder of new beginnings and fresh opportunities. As the sun rises over the American South, families gather to embark on their day, their spirits uplifted by the promise of wholesome nourishment and cherished connections.
This Union City Kroger is a symbol of resilience and adaptation to shoppers need and wants of the community in a subtle progressive way.

Horrible location!!!!!! Just needed an electric shopping basket they both were uncharged! The black security guard was rude in telling me they both don’t work, while still carrying on a conversation with the white guy with the mustache. Neither attempted to plug them so disabled patrons could shop. My sister told me let’s go to another store. Because I’m upright does not mean I’m not disabled. I had Very extensive back surgery three weeks ago! I have four plates and screws in my spine.. like make it make sense! I will be calling corporate on Monday morning! Disgusting behavior!!!

I went to buy something supposed to be with my husband in this Kroger store, At the door I asked my husband if we needed a cart or not. I was so surprised when I saw the security guard looking at me that It’s looks like I done something wrong, I asked him if what’s wrong? He talked to me so bad, I felt so down that moment I don’t know what to say or what to do. We’re about to buy something but I decided not to and just go out right away. I hope God Bless him for treating people bad. I don’t wanna come back to that store anymore. And zero star to that store. He discriminate me as a human.
