Very professional they have a very hard job and they do it well !!!! I was really sick last night went to walgreens where they said i couldn't get my prescription until today !!!! Kroger never does that

The staff there are wonderful! They are very friendly and very efficient! I have tried other stores but they don't compare to them! I would highly recommend them!

I’ve went to this pharmacy to fill my son‘s prescription the lady with the gold hair as well as the fat dark skinned one refuse to fill my prescription for my son and the proceeds laugh about it in my face. Don’t not go here so rude.

My experience is terrible! I work 9-6 and now the pharmacy is closing at 5! Staff shortages? It’s literally 5 ppl in the back still working. Covid has given businesses the right to operate how THEY want, not in business for the customers anymore. Doctors office don’t even close til 5 so if you need a prescription same day you just have to suffer.

I will wait until ANY OTHER PHARMACY is open before returning here. The way the cashier's attitude was set up, this store may as well be in the ghetto. Starting from the first issue her3 goes.... 1. My daughters RX was called in the day before from Children's Healthcare of Atlanta ER but NO ONE pulled the info or tried to fill it. I literally had to tell Ghetto Girl (we'll call her GG for short) the RX was waiting. 2. GG then proceeded to make this interaction as difficult as possible by telling me my daughter didn't have insurance...she does...and that self pay was $96. I called the insurance company and got the info she needed. 3. I have now been here an hour...informed them the RX was waiting and called the insurance company....felt like I was doing GGs job....and GG then says the RX isn't approved...the wrong code was applied...this is AFTER I got an exception room the insurance company. I asked tha heifer what meds were approved and she said the DOCTOR should know. 4. So now I have to call CHOA and get a doctor to correct the issue...and it is now almost 2 hours that I've been waiting. Again I felt like I was doing GGs job. Get the doctor on the phone and they WONT talk to her on MY phone....something they failed to tell me as Im.placing the call. 5. Finally get everything situated and GG then tell me they don't have the suspension quid needed to fill the RX!!!!! Now this heifer has been of ZERO assistance for 2 hours, while I fixed all the issues and COULDN'T EVEN FILL THE RX!!!!! Yet I managed not to match her energy and be rude. The pharmacist FINALLY got involved but by then it was TOO LATE to have the RX transferred to another pharmacy so I'm STUCK without medicine for my sick child AND I am FORCED to have to continue to deal with them. The pharmacist agrees to order the suspension liquid and I STILL have to come back the next day. GG's ignorant, I didn't come to.work to work today attitude, combined with her inability to ACTUALLY HELP ME was RIDICULOUS. I have NEVER experienced an employee go.out of their way to NOT HELP a customer. This was the 1st and LAST RX I will get from Kroger. I wasted 4+ hours of my life doing with an incompetent employee at the expense of my daughter's health. This pharmacy is an EPIC FAIL.

Very first time here they say 20-25 minutes been over an hour , groceries in car going bad , under staffed and quality of staff seems poor

When you're looking for good prices, they have a lot of weekly specials, plenty of parking, and a gas discount program if you sign up for it ( Kroger card) it's free.

It's my favourite neighborhood store, the store is very clean, they restock every day, especially with fresh fruits. The employees are very helpful and friendly, they even have a small community bank in the store, and it's surrounded by restaurants.

Clean prices are not competitive somewhat higher than walmart but less wait time and clutter. Check out was fast and easy i didn't need my Kroger card to get my discounts on sale items

The Deli and Bakery are great the meat counter is always stocked and the seafood section is well manned. Check out the day old carts for cheap treats, the produce section has pint and quart fresh fruit and mixed fruit also, a good friendly helpful crew in all sections of the store. Great fro last minute items as well.
