Mary was very rude. I stood at the floral counter waiting for her to acknowledge me to assist me with some flowers. Instead, she looked at me and turned away.I then asked politely if she could wrap some flowers for me. (“Hi, could you please wrap these for me when you get a chance?”) She responded “GOOD MORNING” in a sarcastic way, giving me a dirty look. I guess she wanted me to speak to her first and say good morning. As the customer, I shouldn’t have to do that. I waited patiently. However, It truly made me feel like a bother. I hope she was just having a bad day or something because that was not an appropriate way to treat a customer who paid $80 for flowers.She did a beautiful job wrapping them for me, and I was very pleased. I just didn’t appreciate the communication.

I will wait until ANY OTHER PHARMACY is open before returning here. The way the cashier's attitude was set up, this store may as well be in the ghetto. Starting from the first issue her3 goes.... 1. My daughters RX was called in the day before from Children's Healthcare of Atlanta ER but NO ONE pulled the info or tried to fill it. I literally had to tell Ghetto Girl (we'll call her GG for short) the RX was waiting. 2. GG then proceeded to make this interaction as difficult as possible by telling me my daughter didn't have insurance...she does...and that self pay was $96. I called the insurance company and got the info she needed. 3. I have now been here an hour...informed them the RX was waiting and called the insurance company....felt like I was doing GGs job....and GG then says the RX isn't approved...the wrong code was applied...this is AFTER I got an exception room the insurance company. I asked tha heifer what meds were approved and she said the DOCTOR should know. 4. So now I have to call CHOA and get a doctor to correct the issue...and it is now almost 2 hours that I've been waiting. Again I felt like I was doing GGs job. Get the doctor on the phone and they WONT talk to her on MY phone....something they failed to tell me as Im.placing the call. 5. Finally get everything situated and GG then tell me they don't have the suspension quid needed to fill the RX!!!!! Now this heifer has been of ZERO assistance for 2 hours, while I fixed all the issues and COULDN'T EVEN FILL THE RX!!!!! Yet I managed not to match her energy and be rude. The pharmacist FINALLY got involved but by then it was TOO LATE to have the RX transferred to another pharmacy so I'm STUCK without medicine for my sick child AND I am FORCED to have to continue to deal with them. The pharmacist agrees to order the suspension liquid and I STILL have to come back the next day. GG's ignorant, I didn't come to.work to work today attitude, combined with her inability to ACTUALLY HELP ME was RIDICULOUS. I have NEVER experienced an employee go.out of their way to NOT HELP a customer. This was the 1st and LAST RX I will get from Kroger. I wasted 4+ hours of my life doing with an incompetent employee at the expense of my daughter's health. This pharmacy is an EPIC FAIL.

This Kroger is ALWAYS out of most of the items I need- regardless of if it’s in person or via Instacart. They never seem to have carts in the lobby and the quality of the food in the deli has decreased dramatically over the last few years. It’s sad that you have to go all the way to Kedron Village for a decent, well-stocked Kroger. The pic below is the juice cooler.

Welp. Last time I'll ever be coming to this store. Just got yelled at and called rude by Paul, the seafood manager, for asking if his worker could speed up the process of me getting my ONE item from the seafood department because I'm in a rush and it's literally been 6 minutes that I've been waiting for my one item. Getting into a literal shouting match with a black man in public is not my idea of a fun time.

this place is a joke i have been trying to speak to a manager all day! about a request of a payment from 2 months ago. the manager never called me. and now has been saying she is in a meeting. the first time she picked up and told me she was going to her office "transfered the call" never picked up!!! then i called again worker told me to call back in 30 mins because she is in a meeting, called back one hour and 30 mins later! "transfered" my call again. never picked up! called again, she is in a meeting to call back in an hour!!! this is crazy and unprofessional!!!!

Horrible customer service. The store lacks products and the managers are not customer friendly, especially Darren. I had an issue with an order from the deli. As a frustrated customer, his response was that "I could leave the store". I called and spoke with the store manager Greg Smith and he seemed to listen but didn't really offer a compromise to the poor experience I had at his store. I would never go there again!

Everything flowed so smoothly and in Thanksgiving and they have a large selection of vegetarian and veganfoods to choose from. The crowd is demanding and things aren't always on the shelves or 5 stars.

Everyone is super friendly ! I loved stopping here ! Stopped here to buy some umbrellas because GA had some sun showers ! Shocked me ! But it's basically a supermarket. The southern version of Trader Joe's or Aldi's.

Very racial people, they look at you and don’t say anything All frowned up, but was real talkative to the people before you,I tried to make conversation She would look at me like I was Stupid,I tried several times to no avail,I just don’t understand it,life is too short,But I’ll keep going there because I love Kroger even if I am disrespected by the employees,I know it’s not Kroger’s fault love me some Kroger.

The produce at the store has really gone downhill recently. Really terrible quality and lots of old stock. Also often out of items compared to other stores. Staffing at cashiers has never been great.

Crystal gave me a fake $50 dollar bill everytime I take to a manger About it they play d*** never call back when they say they will and they see you and walk the other way I wish I can just get my money back

This place looks DISGUSTING!!!! Oh my goodness! The floors are so dirty. The end caps had been removed and that area was beyond disgusting! Who would want to buy GROCERIES in this environment! People need to be complaining. That was horrid! I won't ever return!

I can not understand how this location is so poorly taken care of and poorly stocked. Everytime I try to shop at this location the shelves are messy, picked over and bare. Its impossible to complete my shopping list EVERYTIME I've come here.The produce is just sad. Dried out, wilted, discolored and even moldy. I literally drive the extra miles over to Douglasville or Peachtree city to shop for my family. Management and corporate should be ashamed of the conditions of this store. Does Union city and Fairburn not deserve quality groceries? I have visited off and on for a year at different times of the week hoping things would have gotten better. Wrong!!!! I'm done with Union City Kroger.
