The level of customer care at this place has significantly declined. When a customer brings their car to the dealership, it reflects that they value the maintenance of the equipment they purchased. While a car can be taken to any other shop for repairs, the current customer service lacks concern for the car. The service representatives discover issues with the car but fail to inform the customer. There is also a lack of effort in providing money-saving options such as suggesting coupons that are listed on their website. The personal touch that this service department used to have is now missing. I was extremely disappointed with my last visit, and I am considering traveling to a different Infiniti dealership in the future for my vehicle servicing needs.

Took the wife’s vehicle in for suspension issues and was treated very well. Thomas, our service advisor, provided regular updates and relevant information. He was very attentive to our needs and we felt like the technician took his time and made sure the problem was fixed accurately and thoroughly. Great experience!

The service guy seemed ok. I was charged $180.00 for a diagnostic which was cool until I found out from Nissan a day later that Infiniti had already diagnosed that same rear coupling problem on my preowned vehicle less than 100 mile ago and should have been able to see in their system and should have not charged me. I guess since it was a new owner of that vehicle the wanted the money. I’m not satisfied with that. I won’t be going back there

I would recommend Richard over at IOS his service was excellent. He spoke with my husband and me and stayed in contact with us while our 15 X50 was in the shop and we were at work. I'd recommend him and would like to keep him as OUR point of CONTACT.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and rotating/mounting/balancing of my tires. I was informed of several "urgent issues" that were not important... as well as a sales pitch to buy overpriced ethanol fuel system cleaner, lug nuts and resurfacing brake rotors (because of only 2mm of surface left). To start, fuel injection cleaner is something anyone can buy at their local automotive shop. Lug nut swelling is an issue, but anyone can buy their own lug nut set and have them installed (and not for $500). Lastly, brake rotors can not be resurfaced if there is less than 2mm of surface remaining. The customer would need a new rotor/brake pad kit. The worse part... the tires were not rotated and balanced (and I was still charged despite that) AND the wash was nothing more than smearing oil on my vehicles hood. Congrats Infiniti, you have lost me as a customer who has purchased from 4 brand new vehicles your brand for over 20 years.

My experience is not what it was when my car was u der warranty and newer. Now I am being staged with huge means of making money any where from $1,700 to no less than $400 for taking my car in for a simple oil change. It’s embarrassing to go in for an oil change at 8:15 a.m. and I am at the dealership for unforeseen issues after the completion of my oil changes (once in January 2023 and September 2023…. I did not leave until around 4:00 p.m.) while being asked by employees of the dealership…”you still hear, oh we need to put you on the clock!” I am sick and tired of my intelligence being INSULTED AND STEALING (embezzling funds unnecessarily). If your dealership have no one this desperate or dishonest you should be ashamed of how you are mistreating your long time faithful CUSTOMERS ???????????Service: Oil change

Mr. Watson as exceptional with the service and hospitality he provided me. He made sure I was taken care of, made provisions to ensure I had a vehicle to drive while mine was being serviced, and made me feel cared for. They even went the extra mile of having their service technician ride in the car with me to help diagnose what I was experiencing. Thomas was the best per usual , I needed some serious maintenance on my vehicle and he had the car diagnosed and repaired within 2 days . It drives amazing and I’m grateful for the stellar customer service from Thomas ….. he’s the only advisor I go to and I certainly recommend him to Anyone…Services: General repairs & maintenance

I called ahead to schedule an oil change and was told that oil changes were a “quick service” and that no appointment was needed. The next morning I arrived at the service area at 7:45 am and was met by Chris and told that an appointment is needed and that I could wait for an opening that day but it would take at least 3 hours. There was no apology for the misinformation I was given and his attitude was very flippant. I told him how frustrated I was because I had called ahead to verify if an appointment was needed and that I did not have three hours available to spend waiting. He told me that it was good that this happened because I would know for next time. I left and called back and made an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival Chris met me and was very unprofessional . When the oil change was done, he came to the waiting area and read the list of recommended services as fast as he could. I told him that I would not be having these services done at the dealership. He turned around and left the room without saying anything. When I went out and asked if the car was done he just said , “No, it’s not”. 20 minutes later he tells me it’s ready and again just walks out of the waiting area. I find him at his desk area and he says he needs a signature, I sign and hand him back his pen and he proceeds to just stand there and stare at me until I left. His defensive aggressiveness was the most rude treatment that I have aver received at this dealership. Even with an appointment my oil change took 2 hours and 15 minutes. And this was without the car wash he asked if I wanted and said yes to.Service: Oil change

Poor communication from service clerk Richard. I came in for a quote for fog light replacement and tire pressure problem. I waited 90 min. Richard walked past me several times until I stopped him to get an update on my quote. He advised me my car was on the rack for an oil change. When I corrected him, he blamed this serious error on another staff? . I reiterated my reason for service and asked to speak with a Manager. Joe was helpful, but had no clue the poor customer service his team was exhibiting. I came back a few days later to be charge $900 to replace 5 bulbs. $20 for each bulb. $175 × 5 labor for reach bulb replacement. That is a crime in its own. Bottom line I will consider another Infiniti in Georgia.

Chris Marrero did an outstanding job with me in the service department. I didn’t not have an appointment, but he took care of me like I did. I would recommend the service department to anyone who are willing to have exemplary service and willing to pay for it ??❤️?
