this so true I have been dealing with car shield and them for 2 months they do not communicate the truth and they are a scam and adds extra charges for no reason without communicating b4 doing the work.

I bought two cars in 1 month! Each time I came prepared to haggle over my trade in. Each time they so far surpassed my expectations that I had nothing to say but, Thank you! Both times Dee was my salesperson. He sold me nothing. He guided me with honesty and integrity toward my best interests. I’ll be back!

The consumer is the reason that you all are in business. Reciprocity should be your driving force. I purchased a 2015 Passat and it died at 69,595 with a known possible defect. You all offered me nothing toward any assistance in repair. I will never in this lifetime do business with you all. Every warm blooded American I come in contact with will know how you all treated this Navy Vet.
