The people in the office are really friendly and working hard so I'm not sure why it is taking so long to get my car ready when I had a 10am appointment and it's now 11am and still no car. They have to do better, this is really ridiculous!

In a newnan dilapidated outdoor mall, this place was unorganized although polite. I just can't do this again. Unprofessional... but the location was nasty...that was the major turn off.
