I would give this place a zero if I could. Brought my vehicle in for an issue with my tire, picked it up and my check engine light is on and battery is dead. I also had to drive back to the dealership because no one would answer the phone nor call me back to provide an update. If you can go elsewhere I highly recommend you do.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Do not schedule anything with their service department. They are not well informed on their own vehicles (unnecessary diagnostics) and they also have you pay for services in advance of having the parts needed. I returned for months waiting on them to perform a service and receive a part only to be told that there was not proof a part needed to be ordered and my receipt shows I paid. Also that nothing could be done because the advisor who helped (stephanie perkins, Ariel) no longer worked there, TERRIBLE BOOK KEEPING and my experience should not depend on one individual. I paid for the service in advance for convenience and time saving purposes, why would you have a customer pay for a service in advance only to tell them there isn’t a recollection. They have new management however nothing was done to rectify my issue although the previous employee was clearly let go for negligence! PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE if you don’t want to waste money or time! Money down the drain and dealership reported.

I had an appointment yesterday 12/30 for 2pm. I arrived early and was greeted by Kalia. She was kind and took her time with my family and I. Justin is a manager that stopped by and introduced him. He was very personable. Jeremy and Travis are apart of the finance team and they worked with me while awaiting the final decision from the bank. I would recommend this team and dealership to anyone looking. i drove off the lot with a 2021 Durango thanks to them.

I recently bought a 2024 Ram pickup from Miss Willa Chandler. She was extremely helpful in helping me make my decision, plus has a charismatic and a winning personality. Not only was she helpful, but she was able to help negotiate getting me a good deal on the truck and for that I’m grateful. Thank you Miss Willa, you are amazing. She is also one of the first if not the first person in the building, she means business!

I was ripped off $151.69 by the service department of this place. Their customer service is terrible, they lie and do not keep their promises. On August 28, 2023 I brought my 2018 Jeep there for a routine servicing. When I received my Jeep back from the garage, work that I was charged for had not been performed. The servicing was supposed to include a tire rotation, break check and several other multipoint checks. One of my tires is a different brand than the other three. When I looked at my Jeep's tires after bringing it home I saw the different brand tire was still in the same spot. And if they did not rotate the tires then they couldn't have checked the breaks. The service engine light was on when I brought my Jeep in. When I got it back the service engine light was still on. I called the service department several times over the next three days to address the problems. I was never able to speak to anyone, but the receptionist took messages and promised call backs. But no one ever returned my calls. I went back there and demanded a refund. They offered to rotate the tires then. But by that time they were totally disreputable to me and I didn't trust them to touch my car again. They took my information and promised to mail my refund within 7 - 10 days. But as of November 24, 2023 I have not received my refund from them. Their customer service was also horrible. The customer service reps who checked my car in and the one who went over the bill with me were discourteous, unprofessional and performed their jobs poorly. I reported the dealership to the Better Business Bureau where I discovered they have an F rating, and around 30 complaints and negative reviews, none of which they've resolved. While I was there in the service department I overheard two other equally dissatisfied customers, one on the phone and the other in person. From my terrible experience with them I strongly discourage anyone with a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM or Fiat looking for service from taking your vehicle to the dealership in Union City. It's likely you'll be ripped off, lied to and totally dissatisfied.

This is my second bad experience with Dodge/Chrysler dealerships. First one happened when I originally purchased my vehicle. This current experience was also very upsetting. I called the dealership on a Wednesday to schedule an appointment for service on my vehicle. The person I spoke with gave me an appointment for the coming Friday afternoon, "Ok great"! I asked the person on the phone if I could have the vehicle towed to the dealership on the Thursday. She told me it would be fine and when I asked if I needed to be with the vehicle she said no. I setup a tow truck to bring the vehicle to the dealership and upon my surprise I get a call from the tow truck driver. The tow truck driver handed the phone to an individual in the service department who was very rude and unhelpful. The indivdual in the service department stated that he would not be able to look at my vehicle for approximately 10-14 days. My response was, "why was I given an appointment?" He stated he didn't know why I was given an appointment. I decide to just leave the vehicle with the dealership since I had already paid to have it towed there, we hang up the phone and to my understanding the service department was going to take the vehicle. A few minutes later I get a phone call back from the service person saying they won't take the vehicle, stating that I need to be with the vehicle. Understand my frustration after being told otherwise, paying for a tow truck and being given the impression by the service person that they were going to service the vehicle. I asked if they could just let the tow truck driver leave the vehicle and I would stop by to give them whatever information they needed. Dodge Union City was very unhelpful and unaccommodating. Had I been given correct information on the front end I could have made arrangements to be with the vehicle and not waste time and money. Ultimately, I had the vehicle towed back to my house. Dodge Union City did not want to take any responsibility for the miscommunication. Never again will I spend a dime on a Dodge product. First and last time I buy a Ram. Next vehicle I'm going back to Chevy.

Finally picked up my car today only to get in it and see water bottles all over the back floorboard. It took me more than 40 minutes to check out and there were at least 6 people in line behind me. This is the worst run company I’ve seen in a long time. I’m going to make it my business to find the owner and share my experience. This is the second post sharing my 3 week experience with this company. Terrible

Awful first impression with the service department.I took my car in to have multiple recalls fixed this Monday 10/30 and was told it could take a week or two depending on which parts they had in stock and the work involved replacing the timing chain, which I said would be fine. I asked them if there's anyway the work could be completed by this Friday 11/03 because I have an appointment to get the windshield replaced on Saturday and told them it would be ok if the car wouldn't be finished by then I just wanted to reschedule the windshield appointment on Saturday if they knew for sure it wouldn't be fixed by Friday. The guy helping me looked into it by seeing what parts they had in stock and what the mechanics schedule had this week. He came back and told me it would be done by Friday at the latest and that they had all the parts in stock except the timing chain (which he ordered immediately as I was standing there).I just picked up the car, and as I look through the work order I see "no work completed timing chain." I asked the guy who helped me on Monday why it wasn't completed and he told me it was because I had an appointment Saturday and needed the car by Friday, and said something about the auto strike which I guess prevented them from getting the chain? I told the guy I wouldn't have gotten the car had I known the work wasn't finished and was clearly annoyed but I didn't bother arguing with him.Why didn't anyone call and tell me that the timing chain was not fixed, or that they couldn't get the part they needed (if that was the culprit)? I have talked to them multiple times this week to get an update on the car so I could plan picking the car up around my work schedule since I live 30 minutes away (one way). Not once did anyone mention that all the repairs would not be fixed. I would not have even known the car wasn't fully repaired unless I read through the entire work order! It get's worse. I notice as I'm pulling out that the passenger airbag light is on. I remembered from reading the work order the passenger airbag was one of the recalls that they said they had fixed. At this point I don't have time to go back into the service center so I immediately call them and scheduled another appointment for tomorrow. I told the person on the phone that it's very frustrating my car was given back to me in this condition and now I question the legitimacy of it's repairs. How could they not notice a clearly illuminated passenger airbag light on the dash when they fixed the airbag recall? Did they see it and just not care? I really don't know.I have to go back tomorrow and don't know how long they'll need the car to fix the airbag. I've already spent several hours dealing with this and over 60 dollars on ride share to an from the dealership, so hopefully they can knock it out quickly (but correctly) while I'm there. I still have the timing chain issue to fix which I guess will need to be done at a different dealership.Overall just a bad and frustrating experience due to the lack of communication and quality of work that was completed. I'll update this tomorrow after my appointment if it gets any better.

I wish I could put 0 stars! The service department should just shut down completely, they aren’t servicing anything. My vehicle has been sitting for 3 weeks and everytime I call no one knows anything. Very unprofessional very ghetto in Union City. Not a reputable business AT ALL! Service advisor nor the manager returns calls. Why have a business if you’re not going to do good business. I’ve wasted hundreds of dollars on rentals and still no progress on my vehicle.

!!!Absolutely the worst communication!!!My Husband’s Company, has a $500,000.00 vehicle there, in the service dept, that needs to be pick-up TODAY! To be delivered, for a Show TOMORROW!EVERYONE that answers the phone is OFF SITE! Yep, an answering service…in another Country!!!!Most of the people just hung up on us when we asked to speak with the Dealership’s Manager. OR, put us on hold forever. 7-calls later, we still have not spoke to one person at the actual Dealership. (Only 1-man, at the answering service kept trying for us)I AM COMPLETELY APPALLED!!!THIS IS NOT HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS, OF ANY SORT! SO UNPROFESSIONAL! SO RUDE!

They *still* run the old time scam flyers I thought most dealers gave up on because they just drag in angry people who do NOT want to buy a vehicle. For those of you too young to have seen these much, every flyer is a prize-winner, but you have to go visit to see which prize: 99.99% chance of winning a $5 gift card for your 3-hour chat with a desperate car salesperson. Don't be the sucker.

If I could give the service department a zero I would. We took our vehicle to the service department because it was running funny. Lights were flicking, the start stop signal said it needed servicing and when idle it acted like it wanted to shut off. We had the battery tested twice and both times its condition was good. The battery wasn’t even a year old so we were almost certain that wasn’t the issue. When I got to the dealership, the first thing the intake guy said was he’s almost certain it’s the battery. I told him it wasn’t because I had it checked already. Couple of days past and they called me back saying it was the battery. I grudgingly paid for it hoping they were right. They were WRONG! I had to take it to a different dealership for the actual problem to be resolved and the repair cost almost the same amount as the battery I didn’t even need. I can only imagine how many people they have ripped off.

Came in to get my car serviced and left with a new car! Ed was the best!! Definitely didn’t expect to be going home in a new car. Made me feel very welcomed and everyone was extremely nice and helpful. If you need a car, come to CDJR and ask for Ed!!
