Today, As I decided to do a review on this Store location Jonesboro Rd., Union City. I See right off the rip, the same Issues that I am filing this review about. Poor customer service. The pharmacy just hung up on me as I was trying to get her to change my address after speaking with her prior about another issue. What is it with customer service these days? Where did it go? This store location needs upper management attention, and perhaps some customer service etiquette classes. This is simply not what is expected from consumers. So sad.

Horrible customer service. I went in around 2pm when i received a text that my prescription was ready. I got there and i had to start asking the employees did anyone see me at the counter. I was standing there for about five minutes before anybody greeted me or said hello. Finally a pharmacist walks up and says that they did not receive my order after i received the text that was sent to me a hour before i arrived at 2pm. I showed the pharmacist the text and they said that it would be about a 30 minute wait.i said okay and sat down for 30 mins waiting. The staff was in the back laughing and talking very disrespectful with each other.. after me waiting 42 Minutes i went back up to the counter to ask am i all set and they told me they needed an extra 5 mins. I said okay and stood there as the pharmacist gave me side eyes and neck rolls while speaking to another worker. Also after 5 mins they finally gave me my medication. When i got into the car i took out the pill bottle to take my medicine and i smelled feces. At first i thought i thought maybe i was tripping.. i looked on the pill bottle and there was a feces stain on the pill bottle .. I don't know if that was intentional or by mistake. Either way that was very unacceptable and i would never return back or give my money to CVS again

Horrible all around. I waited in line multiple times for more then 30 mins for my prescription. This location is next to my house is the only reason i continued to come here but im done. It makes no sense no should have to wait an hour for medicine its a pharmacy. Then the customer service is even worst. I called about getting a prescription transferred and was told i need to call the other pharmacy and have them do it. The man i spoke to had a heavy african accent very rude. He placed me on hold after i called back and hung up. I went else where and didnt care how long the drive was save yourself

The pharmacy office needs to take a class on customer service and how to treat elderly customers. I DO NOT recommend this pharmacy or this store. Don’t bother wasting your precious (life) time.

Incompetent staff.1. I called ahead unknowingly to try and get a rx filled and was told i need to bring it in physically. No issue. The problem is the woman indicating to just drop off and come back the next day w/o even knowing what it was and if it was available. I asked her and she stated they’re backed up with orders (so what). I went in and i wouldve got my meds if it was in stock so the woman on the phone was wrong.2. A woman of an indian descent is completely rude (sounded like lady from number 1). I called with a question per doctor instruction, she placed me on hold over 10mins came back and asked how could she help me.. as i was sayin i just told someone, the phone went back to hold music and eventually was disconnected. Called back and no one answered for 20mins just get another rude and incompetent rep.

Visited the pharmacy for medications needed from having my tooth pulled and was told I would have to wait 2hrs. I went closer to my house In norcross to a Walgreens and was out in 10 minutes

I put back ALL my items when I saw how shower caps marketed to Black ppl were LOCKED up! No one should steal but I’m pretty sure there are ALL kinds of items stolen out of there by EVERYone so LOCK EVERYTHING up! I’m so tired of these RACISTS WAYS and PRACTICES!

The worst cvs in Ga guaranteed go see for yourself the ehole process is a backward thinking system
They mist be an independent operation using the Cvs brand because customer service is poor and this was before covid and low morale
