Really bad. I haven’t had one smooth pharmacy transaction here. I called the general CVS number (something like Corp) and after explaining I was never contacted about a prescription to be refilled and couldn’t get ahold of anyone via phone, they called for me. After being hung up on once and not answered, the general CVS pharmacy rep advised me that they were concerned…but there was nothing they could do and asked me to try the location again in a few hours. Now waiting on a different prescription with the order already sent in and there are delays with no communication. A formal complaint has been filed, but will contact corp again if my prescription isn’t ready at the new time and file another complaint because this is truly ridiculous. Not to mention the customer service is not friendly. Not quite rude, but definitely feels like you being there is a burden.

We were out of Eliquis andI needed a prescription that day. My CVS was out of it. The pharmacist searched for other stores and found one where I could pick it up before closing time. I see that as excellent customer service. Thank you CVS.

I am wondering if computers are replacing humanity.On my third to last visit to this establishment after being in a massive car accident and needing prescribed pain meds , the pharmacist who was 8 minutes from her lunch break happily quipped " can't help you ! I'm going to lunch !" and bounced away not even taking my prescription.Today I though I scheduled my mom and aunt to be vaccinated. The pharmacist said " sorry can't help you , your appointment is not in the system "I took my mom and aunt home , went back into my phone , made the appointments, got confirmation numbers and went back ." sorry can't help you , we don't have any availability!!!!" Now since I don't work for CVS and don't know their lingo I left pretty pissed off .The service there is piss poor .They seem to be forgetting their humanity .Tomorrow will be my last visit .

Waited over a half hour in line for the pharmacy. The staff are slow and shows no indifference towards providing service to the customer. I will be transferring my prescription elsewhere. Don't waste your time here. Corporate should close this location.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would. The customer service is horrible. The Pharmacist is rude, didn't help me at all. Stay away and go to Publix or Walgreens

The customer service at this CVS store is the worse I've ever experienced at a pharmacy. Seriously ladies if you don't like your job or you hate dealing with the public find something else to do!! Rude Rude Rude!!!

This is the worst CVS Pharmacy I've visited. The employees are rude. Mainly the big yellow omen with a accent. They do not care about patients coming in for prescriptions I found out three days what I should have known in just one day they just don't care.

Winniefred Offilley, pharmacist refused to fill a prescription at 7:00 pm and the pharmacy close at 10:00 pm. The pharmacist was very rude and unprofessional. When asked her name, she refused. The name of the pharmacist was provided by the store manager.

Can you please add the ZERO star feature. These women that work in this pharmacy are unprofessional and miserable. If they make an error they will still blame it on the customer before they admit they made a simple mistake. customer service? zero! people only go here because it's in a great spot. Fire everyone and start over!
