I AM GLAD THEY WERE HERE AND OPEN WHEN I CAME IN WITH A 911 PROBLEM. I AM LEAVING WITHOUT A CARE ON MY PHONE AND MY LIFE. GIVE BOTH A RAISE IMMEDIATELY.

The store had a long wait but the customer service was good. The representatives are friendly.

I was having an issue with my phone and stopped in for help. Very nice and helpful people always. I've been with Cricket Wireless for a while. I don't think a lot people know that they are owned by AT&T which means that I'm on the AT&T network for far less money. It's all about the network not the carrier.
