I wish I could give this place 0 stars. DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP!!!! Whole place needs to be SHUT DOWN! I should have took the bad reviews more seriously! My car was at a different repair shop initially but I had to get it transferred to Classic Collision due to the previous shop not being on my insurance company’s repair shop list. I was told by the previous repair shop (Mercedes Benz) that my issue with my car was only a two day job. Once at classic collision they estimated 2 weeks. After 2 weeks had passed my car was still not ready after assuring me that it would be by the end of day that day. When I called, The whole story changed and they told me they were now waiting on a part to be ordered. 3 weeks later after me having to call every other day bc I was not receiving adequate updates ( they were telling me every day that my car would be done the next day, still telling me this as of now) I have STILL not received my car and they are now saying they accidentally ordered the wrong part that took 3 weeks to come so they have to order it again! They have been giving me the run around for OVER 2 months, telling lies about when my car will be completed, inconveniencing me this whole time and yet I STILL don’t have my car and they don’t seem to care at all about my frustrations regarding this. I don’t even trust that my car will be repaired correctly now that a two day job has turned into OVER 2 months ! But I most definitely will be getting my car looked over by another professional when I receive it and if their has been any additional damage or funny business with my parts of my car I will be taking legal action and doing whatever I need to do so that I am satisfied with my results. I am that person to take it all the way there!

Had a smooth interaction at Classic Collision! Dana at the front was a pleasure to speak to and Keta my case manager was tops! Spent most of my time just shooting the breeze with them while they did the work. Got my vehicle back earlier than expected :) much appreciated. Hopefully I'll never be back(no more accidents) but I will definitely tell people to bring their vehicle to Classic!

If i could leave 0 stars i would!! Professionalism & Customer Service is pure trash nobody answers the phone Kita who is suppose to be front desk or whatever she isnt doing just tells everyone their car isnt there when calling to check the car status(when you have proof) Dallas isnt submitting & blaming issues on ins co. Until you 3way call him with the ins ppl then he has knowledge of the issues & just says he is fixing them & blames the shop manager who also doesnt have a clue on the vehicles in the back he literally asked us what is suppose to be done to the car as if paperwork isnt on it from the damages.The car been there a month now & nothing has been done.we requested for it to be moved asap to the Morrow location(great location) but it has yet been moved to Dodge or morrow when its nothing but a phone call & tow transfer EASY!!! Lets not everyday we went up there to check on it since nobody answers the phone its multiple other complaining customers with the same issues.

My husband took the car in due to an accident. They kept the car for 2.5 weeks then we pick it up and they damaged the car. How do you release a vehicle without checking it out.Car too expensive for them to have so many issue. Now we gotta take it back. NEVER AGAIN!!

I had to replace my front and rear bumper, and left my car with Classic Collision in Union City for three weeks. I got my car back and my back bumper was missing its grille, I had LED lights under the hood and they were broken. They also cracked my wiper fluid reservoir. Absolutely ridiculous!

Great experience with Classic Collision of Jonesboro! After having my car keyed, I took it there for repairs. I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy. To my surprise, the work was completed much earlier than I anticipated. Thanks to Keta and Angelia!

This place has the absolute worst customer service. There are several other body shops in the area that you can use. I will recommend spending your money elsewhere. The service was so terrible made us wait over an hour after telling us to come in before we will even seen. The very rude receptionist at the desk plopped her dog right in my mother's face. My mother has very sensitive allergies. Totally inappropriate and unacceptable

I had the best experience with Classic Collision. Late last month a deer literally jumped into my front windshield and hood out of nowhere, which is crazy because I didn't even know deer come out during this time of year! Anyway, I used to go to another repair shop for my collision repair because it was closer to my home, but my State Farm referred me to this shop for my repair and I'm SOOOOO happy they did! I will only use Classic in the future!
I was pleased to receive daily updates on the repair status of my car and even more pleasantly surprised to receive my car completed 3 days earlier than my estimated completion date. My estimator was very pleasant to work with compared to other car technicians I've dealt with in the past. He promptly answered all of my questions and concerns. The rest of the staff I talked to were also very professional and friendly.
When I picked up my car! It looked so good, just like the day I bought it! I can't be more satisfied with the customer service and work done by Classic! I normally don't even write reviews, but I needed to share how great my experience was dealing with an auto repair shop since that's not usually the case at other shops!
