Came to this location at 10:10 on a Monday morning, and the bank was closed. I could see workers, and they ignored me as I tapped on the door. Very unprofessional

Horrible customer service. I have multiple personal and business accounts within chase and this branch has a horrible representation of chase as a whole. First time dealing with bad customer service from a platinum branch manager (alberte fortunat). We called in advance and let the branch manager know that our funds were released from there own chase department which they agree and will have our money, but when we got there she chose to not release them even though she had multiple departments letting her know, over the phone and even asking her to do so.(customer service,fraud department, fund released department,) she had no reason nor accountability to hold the funds. Her own business she works for told her to do so multiple times. But at the end of the day she let her emotions get involved. I believe it was because after she said no I asked her if we can step over to the business cubicle that was available to talk to customer service over the phone. After all we are business partners here and she's part of the so call platinum business team.(b.s.) the whole time she had a attitude about the whole process, not to mention refusing to release funds even thought she was told she could from her own superiors. At the end of the day this does matter it's a 24 hour hold And I can wait. The real problem here is that this branch is a waste of time and will work basically on emotions and not off there own recombination from there own chase business. Not really good for business when your emotion and go on a power trip.I will say don't go here and waste time with them arguing with them they have no logic, when they can't even listen to themself. Try to save you guys some time and headache.

I own a business and this bank treats us horribly every time. They never have or refuse to provide coins which is highly suspicious. Then upon my last visit when I inquired why this particular location never seems to have the coins the "branch manager" as she held herself out to be said " just go to another branch". My business is located closest to this branch and that is a terrible response. I filed complaints with corporate and I others do as well. Your money, our money is valuable and we deserve good customer service and good experiences. Chase is one of the largest financial holdings institutions in the world. Don't let some ignorant ego maniac manager treat you like you don't matter. We make this bank what it is. Chase owes us better than this.

The area has terrible parking. Technology has added convenience but taken away personal customer service.

so disappoint!very rude service !make appointment at 11 am open for new account!be there 8mins. late for traffic!how banker ask me go home back by few days after!what kind of service only ten minutes for customer to open account!need Professional manager to train Professional employee!
