I recently had the pleasure of working with Sunny Rohra at Butler Lexus, and it was the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. From the moment I spoke with Sunny by phone he was very friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. He is knowledgeable in and out about the car, industry and how Lexus works with transparency but never pressured me into making a decision.
He explained every feature in detail, answered all of my questions patiently, and provided clear information about pricing and financing options, what is beneficial and what can be done or not for a person who steps in to buy a Luxury car. I felt like I was making an informed decision rather than just being sold to.
I need to thank few others who helped me in various stages throughout the process,
Mr. John, the General Manager who helped me when there was issues in tracking the car and gave me the car in the promised date.
Mr. Ryan, who explained and gone through all the features of the car and explaining end to end for more than 30 mins
In the end, I drove away in a car that perfectly suits my needs, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Miguel was great to work with. He found the SUV with a tow package that we couldn't find in any other Lexus dealership in Metro Atlanta.
He communicates well and kept us up to date on when our SUV was arriving. He is very knowledgeble and gave us a great price. It was well worth the hour drive for us and we would highly recommend Miguel with Butler Lexus.

I purchased my 2nd vehicle from Butler Lexus of South Atlanta during August 2024. Working with Kelann Seals and Carlos Franco made my experience memorable. From the moment I was introduced to Carlos, he was personable and welcoming, putting me at ease right away. Carlos was patient with my questions and able to answer without hesitation as I looked over the vehicle and the same goes for Kelann since I test drove the car with him. The purchase of the car was a smooth process, which was due to their dedication and commitment in addition to me financing with my credit union. They went above and beyond to make sure I found the right car for me. Since purchasing the vehicle, Kelann has followed up to see if I was still satisfied with my vehicle and for me to reach out if I have any questions. I appreciate Kelann taking the time to reach out. I highly recommend paying Kelann and Carlos a visit if you are in the market for a car. They are genuinely friendly and approachable. Kudos to them and I wish them continued success!

Very friendly staff and easy to work with. Other Lexus dealership wouldn't allow you to test drive a vehicle on the weekend which creates a big issue when you work. I have never owned a Lexus so test driving was important. Experience was painless.

They LOST my car! After checking out with Ray Lewis my advisor he informed me my car was getting washed. 15 minutes later I asked Ray where the car was, and he said the line is very long it will be here soon. 10 minutes more and I don't see Ray at his desk, but I see him outside holding up a key fob like he was looking for a car I figured he was helping someone else. After 40 minutes waiting for my car, mind you I was the first car in service today 9/9/24 at 7:30 for a 5000 mile service, I asked someone in the indoor car waiting area where the clean cars are brought back thru does it normally take 40 minutes for a car to come thru the car wash at 9:30 in the morning and he said absolutely not and he headed out back to see where my car was. Just then I saw Ray outside and signaled to Ray what's going on and he said it's being brought up front. Apparently, someone brought my car out front, and no one informed me. I sat waiting for my car after I checked out for over 40 minutes. I felt very much disrespected after being told please be patient while many other people who came in after me were on their way when their cars were brought back to them. I don't see myself ever returning to Union City Butler Lexus. When I made the appointment last week, I asked the tech on the phone will I get an oil change for my 5,000-mile service and she said yes yet Ray told me today no oil change is included or needed until 10,000 miles. I said even though the oil hasn't been changed in 9 months (only 4822 miles) and he said yeah, it's more a mileage situation than a time situation on these newer cars. I even offered to pay for an oil change, and he said it's not necessary and to wait until 10-12,000 miles. I purchased this vehicle new January 2023 from Butler Lexus in Macon and not Union City because the salesperson in UC was not able to help me order my car as the salesperson in Macon was. I have now been to the service center at both Butler locations and Macon is clearly the better option it's just a 3 hour round trip vs 1 hour, but Macon said they would give me a loaner car and Union City said they do not for this type of service.

We purchased a 2023 RX 350 that was a demo. This was by far the best experience we had purchasing a vehicle. Carlos Franco was a great, he had the vehicles I enquired about ready for me to test drive on arrival. My only concern is I chose a different vehicle it wasn't detaild properly. Since it's only driven on weekend, I am still finding old stains and splatters. I really wish that it was detailed on delivery, especially the inside, even if it meant being delivered the next day.
