Purchased a new vehicle online with Earnest. I contacted 4 dealerships and all except Earnest were playing games and not respectful of my time. Earnest was honest, transparent and professional. He gave me the information I wanted and negotiated the deal without playing games completely online and via text and emails. When it was time to pickup the car, everything was ready and it had a big red bow. The tech guy went over all the cool features of the car and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Earnest was so kind and thoughtful. Even giving great recommendations of places to eat in Atlanta! Highly recommend him if you want a fair honest sales experience!

I was in the market for a new car, specifically a Lexus, in February. I did my research for months and initially decided on an RC 350 F Sport 2024. The color car that I desired was posted online available at the Jonesboro Butler Lexus dealership. My husband contacted the dealership and made an appointment so I could test drive 2 cars. Upon arrival at the scheduled time, the salesman whom we set the appointment with was already helping another customer with what he thought was the car we wanted, so he passed us to another salesperson. We test drove both the RC 350 and IS 350 F Sport. The car I wanted was no longer available in the color I wanted, but there was one in transit, so they said they were able to hold the car and when it arrived in two weeks, we could purchase it. A few days later, I decided I wanted a different car that the dealership actually had in stock. We called to confirm and was told by our salesman who was not working on that day, which was a Tuesday. He said he could have the dealership move the hold over to the vehicle we wanted, and on Wed, we could come in and purchase. Well, Wednesday morning, when he arrived, he found out someone sold the car the previous night after he put the so-called hold on the car. Then he said there was 1 in transit and was expected to arrive in March. I passed on putting anything else on hold with this dealership and moved on. I searched the internet for the exact car I wanted and ended up finding it in another state. Thankfully, my salesman at the Lexus dealership in Charleston was super helpful. He had to get the car delivered from a sister dealership and put the car on an actual hold so no one could purchase it. We started the paperwork online, and I picked it up my new car 3 days later. I totally understand a dealership wanting to sell what they have with whom is physically in front of them, but Butler lost what could have been a long-lasting relationship.

The Butter Lexus of South Atlanta is awesome! I received a great deal on a 2020 Lexus UX 250H. This was an early Valentine's Day Gift for the wife. She really loved the new luxury vehicle from the Family at Butlet South. We received other deals from 3 three Hennessy Lexus locations. We decided to show South Atlanta some love.
They gave it right back. Mr. Tovel Pearce is not just a regular care salesman, he is a Champion of Excellent Customer Service. Everyone exceeded our expectations. GOD is amazing. Looking forward to building an even better relationship with the Butler Lexus Family.
Thank you

I bought my 2021 Lexus RX350L. Everything great when you are buying but when you sell and have extended warranty refund a nightmare. It's been months trying to get a check from Butler Lexus for extended warranty not used. If you are buying a car in this place watch out when they're selling you the extended warranty they may not refund if you sell your vehicle before time.

One of the great things about being in the Greater Atlanta area, is that you can have your pick of dealerships. After browsing and having a few conversations, I had the chance to chat with Jason, one of the sales managers at Butler. Our phone conversation was easy and quick, and he was able to get me on the books within an hour. He paired me with Earnest, who was available and ready to assist upon my arrival. Jason promised a quick, painless, and honest experience and that's what he and Earnest provided. I was flexible in some areas, and in other ways I wasn't, but Jason and Earnest listened, and after a little back and forth, in about an hour, we were already ready to start the paperwork. I've had the opportunity to purchase a few cars in my life, but the experience this time was effortless. Earnest was great the entire step of the way. He was not only a Lexus guru, but really understood what mattered to me and made sure I saw the value in my purchase. At no point did anyone try and sell me on anything other than what I wanted, and they made the deal work for me. I'm grateful to have landed with this duo and proud to join the Butler Lexus family for all of my Lexus needs. Highly recommend! Call Jason and Earnest, they'll take great care of you.

If you have ever dealt with Lexus and Customer Service and ease of a purchase, then you understand what I'm talking about. We recently traded in my Lexus to purchase a new certified Lexus 300 NX, and we had a fabulous experience from Miquel Perez, our sales agent to Mohammed in finance and then Tonya helping me a establish the settings on the new car. THANK YOU! We love her!

Most service advisors are lazy with explaining details concerning your vehicle and just merely know how to tell you how much things cost. I am grateful for THE BEST SERVICE ADVISOR CHRIS GARCÍA! Chris is very personable, considerate, knowledgeable, and hands down THE BEST SERVICE ADVISOR. I always appreciate his professionalism and his willingness to always be helpful. He is a not a crook just looking for a commission.

Ok y'all. Lexus tried to get me AGAIN! I took Lexy for an oil change. They called me to say that the plug in the oil tray no longer fit and I needed to change the oil tray for a whopping $1550. I said let me call you back. Lexus proceeds to tell me that I can't take the car anywhere else cause the car has no oil. I guess Lexus thought I was boo boo the clown. I found another shop and had it towed. Boom! Come to find out, it didn't need a new oil tray. Just another plug. WTH! This why I can't trust folks! Sheesh! Trying to take all my little coins. This is not the first time that I've been quoted extra charges for services

Had spent the day at multiple dealerships in the area- a headache to say the least. Butler Lexus was the last place we went to and we had a phenomenal experience. We had the pleasure of working with Ray Lewis. Ray wasn't your typical dealer- he was professional and listened to our wants/needs when it came to buying a vehicle. He was quick to assist and made the car buying process seamless. He was helpful and attentive and put any stress (from previous dealerships) to ease. Would definitely return- just to have Ray!

I was actually at the dealership due to my work vehicle breaking down. I was still treated with kindness as I waited for a wrecker. The young lady who was at the counter giving out snacks was truly kind. You would have thought I was getting my personal vehicle service. Thank you for making a short stay an awesome visit.

My wife and I went to this location to purchase a vehicle today. We took a pre-approval from our bank with us. Spent over 3 hours looking/test driving vehicles. Up to that point the experience was good. Once my wife decided on the vehicle she wanted, it went down hill fast!! Once we told the sales person that we already had a pre-approval from our bank he left the table and a arrogant manager came to the table asking us why we didn't want to finance the vehicle through Lexus. We told the gentleman we were good with our OWN bank and we got a interest rate we were satisfied with. He continued to try and convince us we should finance the vehicle with Lexus and showed us the rates they could offer. Their rates were the same as our bank, we told him we were sticking with our bank. He leaves and a finance gentleman comes to the desk asking the same question...Why don't you finance the vehicle with Lexus finance. We again told the gentleman we were good and just wanted to get the vehicle and move on. He then proceeds to tell my wife and I that we could not get the vehicle if we did not get it financed through their dealership!!! We wasted almost an whole day at this place just to walk away empty handed!! I would not recommend them to anyone!! I'm a retired military Vet trying to use my credit Union but was denied service!!! This is highly unacceptable!! Only positive to the situation was our sales person Tovel Pearce...he was awesome!!

First, I will start with the sales representative. We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Mr. Tovel. Mr. Tovel was awesome. He's kind, patient, and a consummate professional which is why I will give them one star. My husband and I looked at maybe 5-6 cars, and finally found "the one." We were ready to purchase and headed inside. Once we got inside and met with one of their "managers", another arrogant individual who said he was the GM, and then yet another finance manager, the whole experience went downhill. My husband and I came to the dealership with a pre approval, like we always do, from our credit union. We are both veterans and had asked if Lexus offers military discount. They do ($1,000) but must use Lexus to finance. Okay, question answered and honestly not much of a discount, and certainly not enough to change our mind on using our credit Union. We had already explained that we had a pre approval VIP draft express from our credit union. In addition, our pre approval amount far exceeded the purchase price of this vehicle and we are well qualified buyers. One of sales rep came over and asked us our interest rate numerous times. Then tried to offer an additional $1,000 if we used them to finance the car. We told him we were fine with using our credit union and ready to proceed. Once again, another guy comes over who had looked at our credit union's website to find their rates and trying to compare. We were once again telling this guy, that we were fine. Now by this point, the sales rep, Tovel, and all of the other "managers" had all seen our pre approval. One guy even asked how the pre approval process work when the instructions are clear as day on the paperwork. Now, I know Lexus employs individuals who are smart enough to know how bank pre approvals work. After all, we just had the general manager at our table. Every other dealership we've purchased from certainly does and never had a problem. So, when they finally realized that we weren't going to use their finance services, one of the managers said well we can't release the vehicle until we get a check. Well, the pre approval clearly states that ACH is an option for payment. My husband and I were both baffled at the stupidity. We've used pre approvals to purchase almost every vehicle that we've ever bought. In fact, 6 months ago when we purchased our SUV and left the lot the same day with our new SUV. That dealership was smart enough to read the pre approval instructions, follow the instructions, and was paid within a day. Then one of the managers tells us "well we can't do a contract with you with this pre approval." Needless to say we got up, walked out and left! This is by far the worst experience we've had at a dealership. The fact that these people thought they could make us use their finance department is ludicrous. Thankfully, the folks over at the BMW dealership are much smarter and the ride is even better. Do yourself a favor and just stop by the BMW - ask for Jayson - or Audi - ask for TJ - dealership.
