Im literally sitting here again.... It's some dude just sitting there need I add it's the 3rd time I've been here during today. Still has a sign saying "out to lunch" damn how long is lunch

I went to buy a phone but the man there asked me for identification and I said it but what seemed strange is that I took a photo with his cell phone and I didn't like that and I told him why are you asking for identification if you have never asked me before and he said why is it a new line and what did he ask for? the store . That seems very strange to me

No one is ever in the store tried to pay my phone bill it says they are open but the door was locked I don’t understand what kinda business does that they need to get rid of that store and make a t mobile

Absolutely nothing business like going on here! Got there and they had a "bathroom" sign hanging on the door. I asked the establishment next door if there was anyone there and they laughed. They told me there's hardly anyone in there. I tried to call the store and that failed. After knocking for a few minutes, someone finally came to the door. Unfriendly and unprofessional at ut's best opened the door and let us in. The service was slow and he acted as if we were bothering him. They would get 0 stars if I could give it, smh.

Jessica is very sweet. She’s very patient and has good customer service skills. I recommend any and everybody to come here if you need new service or just help with your phone. She’s very knowledgeable and can multitask very well. Thank you, Boost Mobile.

The agent wasn't helpful. I lost my phone and wanted to get a replacement. She wasn't interested enough to help me choose a new product.
