BMW of South Atlanta will not answer any calls. Please go to another BMW for better customer service. They shouldn't be selling BMW's while conducting business in such a manner!

Not responding to numerous emails and calls. buyer beware! Took my money and never shipped parts or responded. I have ordered from them successfully in the past many times but something must have changed recently because receipt said "sons bavarian" and it never used to. Have disputed the cc transaction.

Non-responsive, order in limbo, impossible to communicate with them. They held up my entire order because they thought I'd ordered the wrong $10 transistor; even though BMW told me it was the right part. I've ordered from them before, it was great. But I'm really feeling the burn this time. I've never had this problem before with FCP Euro, but it generally takes a bit longer to get stuff delivered; that's why I chose this business for this time critical delivery. First and only comm from them was 6 days ago saying the transistor isn't on my vin supplied. yes, that was correct but BMW deleted a water temp sensor on the new hose and that was the work-around; published everywhere online, fcp Euro, and through BMW. I'm just trying to figure out if I need to cancel this order and get it somewhere else or what?

Like many others I would give these guys a negative star if possible. Absolutely the worse customer service in their service department. I had a 9am appointment for an oil change and help with a weird rear hatchback noise. An hour later I still didn't have either addressed. The technician who was to do a test drive with me for the noise issue was instead working on a ceiling leak in the dealership. I've bought two cars from these guys but I'm done. I asked for my keys and walked out.

BMW South Atlanta has the absolute worst service department. I took my car in for a coolant leak. They were content to allow my car to sit in their service center for a back ordered part, that they could not tell me when or if it would be in. My husband made one phone call to the next closest BMW dealership/service center (maybe 30mins away) and they had the part available and on hand. When he called South Atlanta back, they wanted to charge 15% to go pick it up, a part that we took time out of our day to find, a part that they insisted on waiting who knows how long for. So, guess who had to pick up the part and deliver it to South Atlanta themselves, you guessed it, me the customer. We know that they already have all kinds of hidden fees and upcharges built into every service, there is no way the customer should have- to acquire any additional fees for a part they are already overpaying for. They were not able to offer a loaner vehicle, mind you this was for a $5k service. Then they do not take the diagnostic fee off the bottom line even though they're the one's doing the work. This was no small job. We buy luxury for a reason, and this was less than a luxury experience. I call and the service advisor either does not answer or have no answers when he does pick up, promises to call back, and never does. Quality Customer Service goes a long way, i.e., contact and communication, going above and beyond when people are paying for a service.

BMW Of Union City Ga Customer service is terrible, disrespectful and unprofessional. I Request a courtesy ride and the male person that answered the phone between 2:45 and 3:00 on Friday 15 October 2023 advised me that BMW do not provide courtesy transportation where I advised him twice that they do he stated that they don't and said BMW only provide Uber then hung up the phone. This is how I was treated after spending over $12,000 within the last 6 months at this BMW dealership

The service techs are HORRIBLE. I took my 2021 X5 in for basic routine service. An oil change, tires rotated and balanced. When I left my tires felt as if they were about to fall off, and my check engine service light was on. I returned the next day and there was no apology, no explanation. They took my car back and said well you need a new tire and said a sensor was needing to be replaced hence the check engine light on. After going to management-no resolution. I am so upset. I am in the process of making an appointment with a location in North Atlanta, and then making a call to corporate . ****Please please please

Appointment Date/Time: September 2, 2023 at 9 AMWe've been doing business with BMW of South Atlanta since November 2012. During that time, we have purchased four vehicles. We've also made dozens of appointments with the service department and spent thousands of dollars on vehicle maintenance at this location. Without a doubt, we have easily been some of this dealership's best customers. One of the reasons why we have continued to be dedicated customers is the outstanding customer service we have received from Leroy Sims, the Sales Representative with whom we have purchased all of our vehicles, and the Service Advisors Pascual, Carson, and Jamaal Lam.8:50 AM: My wife arrives for her appointment at BMW of South Atlanta.9:30 AM: Her car was moved forward in the waiting line.10:00 AM: Another couple arrives at the service department, and they take a seat in the waiting area/lobby.10:13 AM: A service rep talks to the couple about the services (oil change) they will be doing on their vehicle. My wife's car still hasn't been checked in! She talks to the service representative at the check-out desk about waiting over an hour to check-in. The representative had mentioned that the couple had priority, and at that time, we had demanded that they return our keys so we could leave.10:20 AM: We left the dealership.Once again, we have been doing business with BMW of South Atlanta ever since November 2012. This is easily the worst customer service that we have received from this dealership!

I'm pretty neutral about this place. Seems like things can be done better, but mainly I would fix the website. A lot of web commerce sites have no clue what they have in stock so they need their employees to constantly play this game of going to customers asking if they want the "rest" of the order. Not really the staff's fault...but there was zero communication after I responded promptly. Just a cancelled order. I will probably stick to rockauto and avoid this place in the future.

I placed a parts order on June 29th because online was saying they had the parts in stock and delivery was going to be between June 30th and July 4th. I was told on July first they did not have all the parts in stock and i could cancel the order ifni wanted to, so i did via phone and also send a message thru the BMW webiste to make sure they cancel the order PLUS CALL numerous time and they stop answering the phone. Well, i just got an email saying the parts are in transit. I already purchased the parts from another BMW dealership, and i will be stuck with parts i dont need. Now of a return them i will get hit with a 15% restocking fee. WORST DEALERSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER DEAL WITH ?????
