From the moment I arrived to the shop, Michelle level set expectations about the shops process, estimated timelines, and how often I could expect to hear updates around my repairs. I was notified up to the minute through each step of repair. I even received my vehicle back sooner than expected! Even better they detailed and cleaned my vehicle upon delivery, a service I’ve never received from any other repair shop!! This exceeded my expectations. I was rude; I failed to give an appropriate evaluation to a gentleman that went above and beyond the call of his duty in serving me. While I can’t remember his name, he was so very pleasant. He added oil so that I could get to my next stop; gave me recommendations on where to get the job done that he couldn’t do.
He was so gracious and kind. I was in a comfortable atmosphere while I waited on my service.”

“I am more happy with the service department here than the dealership in Buckhead. I love the fact that everyone at this location has been completely honest with me about every aspect of my truck unlike where I purchased that Buckhead. The same problem that I originally took my truck in for in Buckhead, where I purchased that and (keep in mind it has very low mileage) Was never addressed correctly nor was fixed( recall issue). It only took one visit and a wonderful technician named Rich To find the problem, get the answer and make sure the repairs were done correctly. They never once made me feel like my concerns were invalid. They always address everything and the way that they stay in contact with me with top 10 . I just want to say thank you for being one of those dealership out there that has an honest team working for them.
Oh sidenote, and the ladies at check in/ telephone and check out and customer service are so professional. They are keepers. If I could give them more stars, I would.

They got me out of that lemon that was sold to me in Buckhead and I was not made to suffer financial consequences because of the misinformation that was given to me.
If I could give them 24 stars, I would I just purchased the new 2024 Range Rover and they exceeded just like I knew they were. “Had a great car buying experience here. I started my search on TrueCar and had one of their salesmen reach out to me over email. He gave me an up front out-the-door price and helped me secure exactly the financing I was looking for. A lot of dealerships make it a pain to even find the price of their vehicles, so it was refreshing to get that information up front no with nonsense. I worked out most things over text and email, so when I came in, I was able to sign a bunch of papers and get out in around an hour. “I drove almost 7 hours to pick up my vehicle. My salesperson, Xavier was absolutely amazing. He communicated with me throughout the process and all the way up until I left the parking lot. I had a few concerns which we came up with a solution, but I didn't benefit me. In my opinion, the vehicle wasn't fully inspected like it should have been, but they immediately fixed the issue. Also, the atmosphere wasn't as welcoming, it was very quiet. Most dealerships have music playing over the speakers, have balloons, or something to make it more inviting.
